  • It blows me away how fast time goes.

    I will be coming back and hanging again, going pretty seriously again. I will slowly work my way back into hanging. Stay tuned.

      3/4/2019

      Tonight was a good reminder how intense hanging is lol. I was right with my estimate in how much weight I should start back with. 5lbs was plenty. Slowly working back into it, getting my technique back

              2nd set I start to get problems at the end with the hanger. Usually blood accumulating at the tip. Will eventually get back to where I don't have this problem as much. Riding fatigue for the most part but working on my technique mainly.

              Really enjoying the fatigue I am getting with nearly half the weight I was at before I took a break. Will continue riding fatigue. As riding fatigue has = gains in my past.

                  I was happy with my gains and was busy with certain things in real life. I'm currently hanging and really enjoying it again. I would like to stick with it longer this time. Last session was about 6 months. You know how riding fatigue can really get to you sometimes! I love hanging and PE. I will stay this time. I hope we can chat in the future. Thank you for talking here. You are welcome when ever you want! I see you have been very consistent, great job to you!

                  • 1 Month Measurement 4/3/2019

                    FSL: 16.5cm (6.50')

                    Not much changed, and was having a hard time making sure I wasn't exaggerating my measurements. Have to be consistent get in the routine of measuring the same location every time. Not that it bothers me too much I don't care so much about the numbers, as long as I'm growing.

                    After 1 month, and actually almost immediately, I noticed the lig stretch has worked. You ask "How do you know?" the answer is because:
                    The tension in my pants when I have an erection is a lot less on my ligs now than it used to be. It isn't so "tight" my ligs when I have an erection. I can have an erection while laying down and my penis face my feet without any problem. Before it would be difficult, or impossible really, to point my penis at my feet while laying down...

                    That's the best way I can explain it. Overall, month 1 was a success. I'm hanging at half my weight I was maxed at and I'm continuing to ride fatigue! all is good.

                          I need to increase weight but i dont really want to... tomorrow i may increase a little and drop back down to 1-2 sets. Getting 3rd set is difficult mainly because of my hanger/wrap. not as good as i once was but ill get better

                              • I read at least 3 pages of those great thread and I'm interested in doing this myself. Where can I go to buy the bib and bands and how do y'all use the weights? Is it tied on? Should I Invest in small dumbbells? I'm all ears lol
