I ejaculate on every "on" day so 5 times per week (I do a 2 on/1 off routine) after my edging which follows every workout.

Oh yeah, this is coupled with casual sex, but ejaculation by masturbation only occurs on these days.

i try to do it every other p.e. session after i edge so i guess that means i do 3-4 times weekly but if you include sex then its probably between 5-7 times weekly but i have seem very nice gains in my first three months so i dont know if it has affected me
