  • 1" x .5" growth in 100 days! Routine

    forward: I recently came to terms with cheating myself on measurements. I probably gained 1/2" in BPEL and 1/4" MEG

    I just got a PM about my PE routine and realized I've never really written it down in a technical matter. Im extremely pleased with my results and can feel a slight difference in my sexual experiences both masturbating and sexing so I figure it's worth posting in the success forum.

    I will split my routine into 2 periods, the first 50 days and the last 50 days, as this is approximately when I changed my habits.

    1st routine(performed practically every day) ~40 minutes - 2 hours:
    >30-90min edging with pornography... Edging for me includes light squeezing around the base and holds where I keep my dick down while it tries to stand up with an erection. Kegels are of course essential.
    >5-10min stretching semi-erect... Stretching for me involves pulling the cock in all directions and putting it behind my leg and standing up while semi-erect.
    >3-5min swinging almost fully erect... Swinging is helicopters and side to sides and up and downs. With and without hands
    >3-7min jelqing semi-erect... Jelqing was just slow jelqing. Slow with hard squeeze.

    2nd routine(performed about 5 or sometimes 6 times a week) ~1 hour - 2.5 hours:
    >45-120min edging with porn... Intense ballooning has been mastured by now and I sometimes include uli
    >5-10min stretching semi and fully erect... Stretching focuses more on the inner penis now with full 2-hand grip and sometimes tugging on the sac. Also more stretches with an non-erect cock are incorporated including the stretch through the crack to the back.
    >5-7min swinging almost and fully erect... Intense up and downs with pinch at the base and midshaft have been mastered
    >3-10min jelqing semi-erect to fully erect... Quick jelqs with light squeeze and outward force has been incorporated.
    >2-5min intense erect squeeze with kegels... squeeze at base or midshaft or below glans for targeting glans girth growth.
    I also experimented a bit with towel hanging and tying off the the cock with cords in this period.

    As you can read, great gains require great work on a day to day basis. I would take days off when I felt fatigued either in body, mind or penis. I am currently taking somewhat of a break but I should probably increase the intensity when I return, as progression seems to be important to gains.

          More than likely you have a better blood flow to the penis which is primary cause for gains within the first 3-4 months (erection quality). It takes some time for the penis and the brain to adjust to change and also depends on tunica thickness, health, genetics, and other things too.
          They are called newbie gains. Either way I am glad you got some so props.
          Your routine is not bad at all with dedication which I give you props for that so keep it up.

                      Thanks for the concern, I know it's not good but I was separated from my girlfriend and so it seemed to be the best way(the alternatives being finding other women or going insane). I think it's more or less healthy depending on how you think about it when you watch it. If you are fantasizing yourself in the pornographic situations, it may have a lasting impact on your sexual performance/experience. However, I tend to just want to see a woman get fucked and see the look on her face; not fantasizing myself in the scene, just masturbating.

                            No, I went from 7.5x6.25 to 8.5x6.75 in 103 days from February 2nd till May 11. I hope to be 9x7 in August when I go back to school. I would plan to be bigger, but I'm taking a bit of a break that will last for an unknown time(it's already sort of ending). I've been experimenting more with tying off using plastic wires of different diameters and hanging and lifting wet and dry towels. So I may be bigger...
