I just got a PM about my PE routine and realized I've never really written it down in a technical matter. Im extremely pleased with my results and can feel a slight difference in my sexual experiences both masturbating and sexing so I figure it's worth posting in the success forum.
I will split my routine into 2 periods, the first 50 days and the last 50 days, as this is approximately when I changed my habits.
1st routine(performed practically every day) ~40 minutes - 2 hours:
>30-90min edging with pornography... Edging for me includes light squeezing around the base and holds where I keep my dick down while it tries to stand up with an erection. Kegels are of course essential.
>5-10min stretching semi-erect... Stretching for me involves pulling the cock in all directions and putting it behind my leg and standing up while semi-erect.
>3-5min swinging almost fully erect... Swinging is helicopters and side to sides and up and downs. With and without hands
>3-7min jelqing semi-erect... Jelqing was just slow jelqing. Slow with hard squeeze.

>3-10min jelqing semi-erect to fully erect... Quick jelqs with light squeeze and outward force has been incorporated.
>2-5min intense erect squeeze with kegels... squeeze at base or midshaft or below glans for targeting glans girth growth.
I also experimented a bit with towel hanging and tying off the the cock with cords in this period.
As you can read, great gains require great work on a day to day basis. I would take days off when I felt fatigued either in body, mind or penis. I am currently taking somewhat of a break but I should probably increase the intensity when I return, as progression seems to be important to gains.
