    Thanks for the concern, I know it's not good but I was separated from my girlfriend and so it seemed to be the best way(the alternatives being finding other women or going insane). I think it's more or less healthy depending on how you think about it when you watch it. If you are fantasizing yourself in the pornographic situations, it may have a lasting impact on your sexual performance/experience. However, I tend to just want to see a woman get fucked and see the look on her face; not fantasizing myself in the scene, just masturbating.

    From my experience sometimes I get easier better erections the less porn I watch, in a way porn desensitises me, that's why you will see threads on people quitting porn to improve erections. Of course this probably doesn't effect everyone, so if your fine with it, no problem! Just be aware in the future and adjust if any problems come up, simple.

        I couldn't get the video to load but it says side-to-side so I assume it's like my side-to-side swinging. I also do up and downs with grip at different parts of the shaft. You will feel it in the ligaments with grips closer to the base and in the penis itself with grips up the shaft. I like to be as erect as possible. Swing slow if it hurts.

        My helicopters take anywhere from 1/4 of a second to 1/2 a second. I go slower the more erect I am. I switch hands often like every second. I use helicopters to restore blood flow.

        P.S. I also sometimes do a helicopter stretch but that is for a different purpose. Helicopter stretch is just grip behind glans and then make circles parallel to your body with you hand.

          Can someone give a detailed description of a "swing," please?

          I am assuming the motion is ballistic and the trajectory of movement is an arc/semi-circle.

              Thanks for all the encouragement from everybody. I hope to write up a routine for my next 75 days where I have gained more than I did in these 1st 100 days. I've been experimenting with more intense stretches and towel raising/hanging for length and ballooning and clamping for girth. I also had my first experience with injury.

                someone had told me edging and uli would defeat one of the purposes of one of them but idk...I liked to uli edge combo too. I would uli when I was breaking from bout to bust

                    From reading the post about your gains being "nooby gains", I'm wondering what your age is. Obviously guys tend to lose their erection quality as they get older, do you think these gains are "nooby" or no?

                      Although I considered my EQ to be 100% before PE, I would attribute about half of the gains I made in this period to increased EQ. With PE I was simply able to force more blood into my penile chambers. Sort of like taking my EQ to 110% in order to keep up with the gains.
                      Lately, my EQ goes down as I gain length, then I work on girth with edging and ballooning and it goes up and brings girth with it. More penis requires more EQ for more blood flow. I find cardiovascular exercise like running to be the best PE for EQ. Don't PE while running though, lol

                              Are you claiming to be 10.1" BP in those bottle comparison pics? Cuz a standard bottle of that volume is 9 inches tall, you are holding it down by your ballsack and still about half an inch short of it.. doesn't exactly add up.

                                was thinking the same thing, would be useful to have some proof of 10", that's VERY rare. I've also never heard of anyone getting 2.6 inches in 5 months.
