Been on and off the JP90 at least 3 times since late 2012, got a tiny amount of newbie gains from my sporadic PE schedule, work commitments always get in the way "damn you"
I've tried pretty much every workout there is to offer, but never really stuck at them, work again!

just after xmas with a slight modification, Instead of just squeezes I turned it into a 5 second jelq and squeeze...15 min warm up/down using a hot water bottle...and stretches til my hands hurt....then Endurance work coupled with CS V stokes ( My CS is bulging now)
I've added 0.2" to my girth from the past 33 days and finally broke my plateau, or could be I stuck to a routine long enough to get some extra newbie gains, either way I'm pretty chuffed.
Still wanting to buy a pump and make a hanger, that's my next PE mission.
