    Been on and off the JP90 at least 3 times since late 2012, got a tiny amount of newbie gains from my sporadic PE schedule, work commitments always get in the way "damn you"

    I've tried pretty much every workout there is to offer, but never really stuck at them, work again!

    just after xmas with a slight modification, Instead of just squeezes I turned it into a 5 second jelq and squeeze...15 min warm up/down using a hot water bottle...and stretches til my hands hurt....then Endurance work coupled with CS V stokes ( My CS is bulging now)

    I've added 0.2" to my girth from the past 33 days and finally broke my plateau, or could be I stuck to a routine long enough to get some extra newbie gains, either way I'm pretty chuffed.

    Still wanting to buy a pump and make a hanger, that's my next PE mission.

    What about just staying consistent?
    Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
    Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9

      I've been able to stay consistent due to a change in my work life....I'll keep at my routine I suppose ? until the next plateau...

      I really want to pump...girth is my aim has been since day 1

      Still haven't reached my lenght target of 7.5"....If I don't get it from my outlined routine, I'll try to hang it.

        Maybe it has not been plateau and you have been overtraining or you need more rest between your workouts?

        I personally noticed from switching 5 day on and do 2 days off to 1 day on 1 day off is much better for me and I get morning wood every workout morning.

        When I was on that 5 day on 2 day off schedule I missed morning wood and it was harder to notice my negative PI's.

        So maybe you should just look into what did you do before and just see if you find any clues there?

          I did exactly the same, wasn't getting the morning wood from a 5/2 so switched to a 2-1 or 1-1 if I wasn't getting the M'wood.

          At one point last year I was getting 10/10 morning woods every day, and a few woke me up!! so I trained ever day until it calmed down, and I got a slight gain from it...think I went 21/22 days without a break.

          Another thing I should mention to any readers of this thread, I haven't made myself cum since May last year, I did have a slight problem with PremE...now I can go like the clappers for as long as I want

                  Yeah sure.

                  After I stopped masturbating I still felt really horny and wanted to do it, but instead I turned those needs into edging without cumming workouts, I think I must of had an imbalanced pelvic muscles too, I did a 75% RK and 25% Kegels routine twice a day for a very long time, I do a 50/50 now I'm in total control.

                  I got my PremE problem from masturbating to much and to quick, and what I mentioned above is how I cured it.
