        I use Aveeno skin relief lotion for lube.
        Later you mention that some kind of lotion has like 3x more testosterone or smthing.. talking abou the aveeno ?
        Then I straddle the wall of my tub.

        Then you lean forward to push your dick back behind you as far as you can. Then slowly raise up more vertically.
        So you like slide on the dick forward? So push the dick back further with this movement pretty much. But still I wouldnot be sure If i do it correctly

        You are now sitting on your dick and it is between your balls and against your anus .
        wait wont that put too much pressure on my bals? Isnt it better to just put them to the side?


        Also since this basicaly you push the dick back / downards quite a lot isnt there risk that you would worsen your curve or even curve it down?
        I have an curvature down like 40 degrees.. so if I try this I hope I wont make the curve bigger

            Straddle means to put one foot in tub and one outside the tub on the floor.
            The ball of your foot means the main part you walk on , just behind your big toe , on the bottom of your foot.
            You lean forward a little to help you push your dick as far back under you as possible.
            Then you sit up vertically to apply your body weight to it.
            Then gently slide back and forth on it.
            You control the amount of weight you apply to your dick by how much you hold yourself off of it with your legs.
            I hope this is clearer.

              About yhe curve: if you do this you will press it flat so it may help straighten it ; but thay is unproven theory.

                Sorry for the spelling errors. I usually check posts better.
                I mean that in theory it may help straighten your curve . Since your weight will flatten you against the flat surface. However this is a totally new exercise to my knowledge , so it remains to be seen.
                Lotion for lube :
                As I stated in the beginning ; Aveeno brand lotion makes many varieties of lotion. I chose the type they call "skin relief " because it has 3 times more aveena sativa in it than others. ( oats)
                Why ? In my study of herbs I discovered that many herbalists think that it frees bound testosterone. I can't prove it does. But I got breakthrough results.
                To me if someone gets great gains , I try to repeat what they did as closely as possible. Who knows which part of the instructions are the part that makes it a breakthrough exercise !? !

                              Hmmm your technique seems to work very well Yesterday i done it with my edging time, and i never had such a hang Almost 6" flaccid girth (today i cant fit in my toilet paper tube heater) Nice work on discovering this
