As I understand it the idea is basically to sit on your dick and jelq it with the help of your bodyweight towards a hard surface with low friction so you can slide back and forth. How did you get your Priapism???? "high flow priapism" to me sounds exactly like induced by medications and not caused by blockage of veins.
