    • Most of any gains in length you're going to get will come from the ligs. The rest would come from stretching the shaft (tunica).

      • I started doing this, because my base girth is 0.15 inches smaller than my middle girth when erected. I think it is maybe holding me back.

          I have gotten Priapism induced megaphallus.
          My erection was over 9.5"bpel (est) with 7.5" inches of girth.
          I'm one of the few people who have gotten those MEGA huge erections and don't have a "deformed" penis because of it . I have the "High" FLOW version.

          on a good day I can hit 7.5"nbpel with 6.5" mid girth. 7"base girth


          I sure the length girth could expand more but I can't get the correct stimulus by my self to achieve it

          there seems to be extra slack length and girth wise to fill up more..

          I think the max possible, would be fully hard at 8.5" nbpel x 7.5" based on the extra slack that could fill up more.

                As I understand it the idea is basically to sit on your dick and jelq it with the help of your bodyweight towards a hard surface with low friction so you can slide back and forth. A bathtub surface fulfills those conditions while also letting you control intensity by how much bodyweight you place on your penis.

                  How did you get your Priapism???? "high flow priapism" to me sounds exactly like induced by medications and not caused by blockage of veins. If you got it by taking too much Ed medications I'm doing that first thing myself also!!

                    Most cases of priapism don't result in megalophallus. If you aren't able to bring down your erection the medical resolutions for doing so are most unpleasant
