In the beginning when you started growing, till your first inch and up til now - how did you treat the gains ? you probably couldn't believe it and still perceived your penis to be the same size as before, thinking that this isn't possible that i've actually grown.....haha

More important than exercises, reps, intensity, etc. is the feel of the exercise. If one isn't getting a quality level of tissue stretch with their exercises then optimal growth shouldn't be expected.

Quality should never be confused with quantity, either.

^^ The thing that was noticed first was the in hand "feel".. A lot thicker.. Before starting PE my index finger was touching the ridge on the glans with my fist pressed down on the fat pad while in the typical grip we all do for a tug.. Now I have a good 1" or more of shaft sticking out of my hand before the ridge even starts in that same grip.. but over the last few years the novelty is starting to wear off as to the growth that occured, I'm very use to it now and I am starting to "forget" what I had to begin with.. This is where the "wanting some more" thinking comes in that is so prevalent on here.. Your mind plays tricks that way.. I have serious base girth now too, a solid 6" there, I still can't get over the fact I can't close my fingers together any more on it, lol..

Big Al, wise as usual!! The thing is, it's like any other physical training.. I do personally feel anyone that has trained the body for sport or competition in a regular capacity, etc. will likely have a better edge in making gains then someone that just is not use to setting up or sticking with a training regime.. Simply because they know what to expect from setting up and keeping that kind of schedule in the week..

              Thanks

Have a kinesthetic sense and understanding how cyclical training and overload principles work will give an advantage.

Hey master-gauge, you are an inspiration to me. My story is very similar to yours and it has destroyed me. I have basically the same background, cheated on and blamed myself for it and my starting measurements were the same as yours too. Congratulations on your success, I'm going to start the JP90 soon and hopefully get to where you are now!

Well thank u.. yeah, that part of life is over but it can still sting a bit if it is thought of.. probably the biggest hurdle of it all.. Just remember that PE is a marathon and not a sprint, if u are willing to put in the time with quality workouts, most see results for their efforts.. I feel PE works because it is one part of the body that does not get "worked out" like the others.. A normal guy, basically the only workout is getting erections.. Good luck and take your time, say what they like.. PE is worth it!!

I did keep a weekly log for the most part off line, but I lost it with a major data loss on the PC before I could back it up!! What I did is mostly did was record it by the week, then the day there was a change in something that week.. I noted if there were any real changes, and if anything new was tried etc.. The old what worked and what was a bad idea, lol.. I also kept an excel chart or 2 to track the days when hanging and or pumping.. day in the week/pressures/amount of weight/ quarterly length or girth increases etc.. Good way to track the ups and downs..
