Yes it so happens, as I know a few guys here are less then stellar from girls' chit chat over the years.. Plus, I‘m cut and there is quite the noticeable scar, that also bothered me a bit, but not as much as my size..

        I blamed the cheating of the GF in the last relationship on it for years.. But come to find out it wasn’t that.. She had a history of just that, cheating and using people, I found out too late.. After a major blow up on her and the douche that I had 80 lb on... I had shut down mentally regardless after her and didn’t really date like at all.. I lost interest completely in it after about a year..

        Even today after the success of PE, I still need to get that want to date ambition back, it‘s a real mental rut now..

        After a hospital stint where the nurse more or less mocked me where she thought I couldn’t hear her.. That was the last straw.. Her comment pi**ed me off to no end that day.. I needed to find something to fix it or forget it altogether.. So I started looking on the internet and found this site.. I read what I could, and played around trying to figure out some of the exercises for awhile before joining up..

        When I got serious about it, I ordered an air pump and started up the JP 90 in Oct 2013..
         
        I did maybe 45 days of the JP 90 when the pump came and I moved to that.. Kids and there toys, lol.. For 6 months ALL I did was pump, stretch the odd time.. Tried keeping a 3 ON 1 OFF.. By the end of that 6 months I had already gained 1.3” BPEL and 0.5” minimum for MEG!! I was ecstatic that holy sh*t this works!! but I was having some glans issues, and needed to stop pumping.. I really wanted length.. So I turned to hanging..

        For the rest of the time until now, I’ve been hanging 6 days a week, and cycle training with pumping up this past Nov.. I was in need of some surgery and had to stop.. Jelqing was the only thing I could really do.. I can now hang again so I’m back to that currently..

        This is what leads me to the following training theories I agree with:

        Most guys want both Length and Girth usually.. So doing after the JP 90, start with cycle training.. Pick what is more important to u goal wise, start there..

        “Cycle Training“ it is..

        Ie: 3 months for Length work.. Any real length based exercise, Compression Hanging, ADS, Phallosan, Stretching, whatever it is, work length only..

        For the following 3 months after that.. Girth work.. Jelging, pumping, clamping, other manual work..


        Then after that 3 months, return to length again for the next 3 months.. And so on..


        The theory is to build yourself up in stages in the fastest time possible instead of being less efficient and do just the same old “work length first, then do girth last”..

        The point to that thou, is stretching a thicker rubber band is harder then a thinner one.. There is a bit of valid point to that yes.. But I find the exercises play off one another.. For me it does anyway..

        U will always gain a little bit of Girth from length work usually, more at the base but that is still gaining girth.. And while doing Girth work, EQ and some length gains can be made, I should know, I did get the 1.3“ BPEL that stayed with a pump after all..

        The thing to remember about PE.. Like any physical training it involves time, consistency, and knowing YOUR body and it's limits.. Those are the keys to PE success..

        2.5 yrs minimum of “CONSISTANT” TRAINING is what needs to be invested, just to say u put in the honest effort out.. Know your body.. Know when u are over working OR under working it, that can be the make or break reasons for failure.. Taking the breaks also a part of “smart” training when needed..

        PE will not work for everyone, but it works for most.. BUT IT DEFINITELY WORKS..

        For 2.5 years work I‘ve seen: Started at 4.75” BPEL, finished at 7” BPEL (high EQ day sees another 1/8th) and 4.5” MEG, finished at 5.625” MEG.. Don’t ask for pics, I will never have my dick pics on the net, sorry..

        I’m not finished PE’ing yet.. I will continue until I hit the high end goals I’ve set, but I plan on taking some breaks and setting a more relaxed pace to finish up.. I’m not going away and will still be on here commenting and the like..

        IF all I needed to do is a short Jelq session once/twice a month to maintain a much bigger penis that I built, a very small price to pay!! PE’r for life!!!

        Now to get my body and interest in dating back (pretty gingers can apply here online, wink, wink haha).. The other just as important aspects of the journey..
        Well sir, you and I have a lot in common, including a nurse laughing at my small flaccid. My journey started about three years ago but nine months off do to hanging injury, blisters, and house remodel. Gained me newbie inch with the Phallosan in nine months, no girth gains. For the last 4 months been hanging without major injuries and almost added a half inch to 7 BPEL. Girth work coming up although I have a pumping routine for the last three months. Really looking forward to serious clamping when they arrive, check out cable clamp.com. I'm about 30 lbs overweight so my fat pad hides an inch and a half. Only showing 5.5 inches so never really felt I was bigger. So I pushed the fat away and took a pic, OMG, LOL. There's a porn star in there. Gotta lose weight

          Yup it does Rocker, it's the inevitable and makes sense when thought about.. PE is really stimulation of the unit, in this case exercise.. Therefore a guy will get bouts of being "Tired" and the EQ goes down, sometimes a lot.. But the important thing is it doesn't last long if PE'ing right and comes back really hard.. I would go a few days from time to time without spontaneous erections.. Then Boom, wake up time with massive morning wood.. Nature of the beast..

          Thank u Mrs.!! That is a real boost in confidence there.. My problem doesn't seem to be a shortage of girls flirting or talking/noticing me.. It's me trying to get back into that wanting to interact mode and trying to find something for the idle chit chat to break into a conversation.. I'm really still a heart broken guy.. Not to boast, but I'm told I can be very intimidating to approach if the person is a stranger or doesn't know me that well because of my build, I look alpha.. I was told this by a girl that does know me very well, this is how I know.. She had a friend I met a long time ago, but she was shy of me because of it.. Too bad she was cute!!!

          I know party, nothing will piss a guy off or hurt more then a women laughing at the unit.. Especially when it was the cause of a lot of self confidence issues from day one.. I'm struggling right now to finish an apprenticeship when there is little work.. This is my 7 th yr at it when it was to be done in 5.. I'm close done, but it is just taking longer and delaying life on me.. Things will hopefully get better by the end of the next year..

          I'm just trying to help out others and get out the knowledge that I have gained because this worked for me and know the pains of it, trying to get to word out to people that doubt it when they come here that IT IS POSSIBLE TO IMPROVE.. This is not an ego boost for me.. Just trying to get awareness out there..

            Not much to say here - just logging on for the first time in a while I'd like to congratulate the OP on some great gains! You planning to do a maintenance routine to cement those gains, or are you going to carry on to your goal? (Looks like you've pretty much made your length goal and are in shouting distance of your girth goal.)

                  I will be hanging in cycles until the length happens for me Ivor.. But once I see I'm close, the pace will relax a bit.. I likely will just jelq and clamp for a long while after to cement.. Jelqing is easiest to do if I happen to find a possible mrs. gauge, lol..

                        Thanks, not much has changed over the 1.5 years ether for growth.. The only thing left for me to try would be manual techniques to see if anything would come of it.. Stretches and Jelqing are easy enough to put together in a simple routine..

                            Inspirational story indeed. However I disagree with the fact that PE does'nt work for all, unless you're referring to those who don't see it through and quit.

                              Usually the reasons it doesn't work is improper training (not doing the exercises right), intensity is not in that sweet spot.. OR just not sticking in a routine for any length of time.. 2 weeks is not long enough.. Other then that u should see something for the efforts, at least better EQ..
