I disagree with this logic. I am 6.1 nbpel and girth 5.8 so it's relatively though for the length. Either way it looks smaller to me for this reason. Like if it's two short guys the same height, and one is a body builder . He will look shorter by comparison .

Pegasus getting a bra size is a pain in the arse. It all depends of the style of the bra, manufacturer, it is not standard by any means.
