In reality does it make that much of a difference from 5 inches to 5.5 or 6? Will the orgasms be that much better or more intense?

On a scale of 1-10 how much does girth matter to the intensity of orgasms?

Depends on the girl.

Girth increases register greater than length increases IMO, because both the vaginal as well as anal "ring" when penetrated, stretches width-wise; and there are so many nerve endings in those "rings" of muscle tissues that a larger girth stimulates.

My wife had only been with 1 other guy. He was longer and thinner than me. My wife always said i was thick at 4.8 girth. Larger girth elevates the level of arousal for the reasons I gave above^^^.
