While I personally haven't done regular PE in over a year, I think it's important, and quite healthy for guys to continue their membership here in the Gym. Here's some reasons why(from MY perspective)...

    1) EVERY guy should do a "PE Gym maintenance program", consisting of exercises like edging to maintain and even improve his stamina, share knowledge to improve his diet, build his cardio health, improve & maintain his libido as he ages. overcome anxiety, deal with stress...the list goes on & on.

    2) It's important for guys to have a sexual forum to share ideas and frustrations about sex & sexual questions they have, not only about themselves but also their partners; ESPECIALLY since guys don't TALK about these things 1:1 in conversations like many women do.

    3) Young guys especially, need a safe and healthy place to ask questions, learn how to please partners and develop a sense of themselves and how their body functions, the physical simulations they can learn & share in order to pleasure a partner, and MUCH MORE!~ Natural, normal, healthy questions most young men can't (or won't) ask their parents for various reasons (embarrassment, feelings of inadequacy, guilt, etc) can be answered for them here in a safe non-judgemental and FUN environment where guys are open & honest about their sexuality.

    4) Some of us (and hopefully more guys will join in) have a genuine desire to help younger and less experienced guys navigate their way in a world of sexuality that's become quite complicated in the last few of decades (HIV, STD's, Bisexuality, trans-gender, man-shaming, & a HOST of other issues). It's called "Paying it Forward"! We ALL owe a debt of knowledge & experience we should share with a younger generations of males. Give them a boost or a "heads-up" that maybe you were (or were not) fortunate enough to receive.

    5) PE GYM is about MORE THAN SEX, it's about developing a lifestyle that's geared toward a male's physical, mental & emotional well being. Learning to share information & be vulnerable (to whatever degree you're comfortable) with other males in a safe anonymous place, along with others facing the same issues is IMPORTANT! It's a place to RANT, a place to LEARN, a place to SEEK emotional support, a place to SHARE, a place to BECOME A BETTER MAN, a place to BE YOURSELF!

It's a place with a PURPOSE, a place where GUYS are SAFE BEING GUYS!
It's NEEDED, so DON'T ABANDON IT! You'll be abandoning an important healthy place in your life to be YOU!
I agree with every single thing said in this post. This is post of the year. We NEED real strong males NOW MORE THAN EVER! The concept of a MALE is attacked from many angels in todays society. We NEED the older males more than ever. Do not leave us. I know sometimes we act dumb, say dumb things, but dont give up on us. Thank you.

I just can't enjoy it. Have you ever been at a meal so wonderful and tasty that you ate so much that later on you were in serious discomfort and for a few seconds wondered if there was actually something wrong? That's kind of the way that "fullness" feels to me. It's the best example I can come with that someone might relate to.

I will agree that girth is more important than length, but I've said it before and like ML4M said - EQ is King.
OK Q, I GOT IT! Women, like men, are ALL different to varying degrees. So YOU don't like the FULL feeling from having your vagina "filled-up": I can understand & appreciate that! Obviously, without good EQ, guys won't perform at their peak level, and that's something ALL guys like as well!

However, in the vast majority of women's sexual forums on the I-net & in surveys conducted both online and IN PERSON that I've read, MOST women do enjoy a feeling of "fullness" they get from a guy with significant (but not necessarily HUGE) girth. You are at least somewhat in the minority, based solely upon what I've read.

So, I'll concede EQ is #1, and maybe we move a guy's "hang" into position #2 (You do like a nice "Balls-slap" during deep thrusting, NO?); leaving a feeling of "FULLNESS" (girth) as #3 in the "hierarchy" of physical attributes women most desire in male anatomy (for sex).

      Agreed?

I for one am glad to see the ladies giving their views ( I'm fairly new compared to some here, so have not seen this before as they may have), I think that's important for those of us who are here to just gain in moderation and EQ, so as to better please our wives/lovers. And it's proven at least for me, that I'm right on track and may slow my program down sooner than later. Then maintenance and healthy EQ work after that. The last thing I want to be doing is stuffing a square peg in a round hole so to speak.

Kinda agreed. I have a semantics issue with it, which I'm not really sure how to properly convey. Maybe this will work:
I don't necessarily equate "girth" with "fullness". To me that "full" feeling is like the extreme side of girth.
Imagine you've got 3 popsicles (I think that's an ice lolly in some countries), one is basically just a bit of popsicle and mostly the stick, one is your average popsicle, and one is incredibly thick. The super skinny one is okay. The average one is great - you can get your mouth around it, you can feel it on your tongue, you've got all that tasty goodness going on, it's super. The thick one, you struggle with because it's just so thick it just fills up your mouth. It still tastes the same, kinda. You can't actually enjoy the taste of it as much since there's just not as much room for all the liquid and flavour to actually move around as much.

That's pretty much the same thing with me and girth when it comes to sex. Average is fantastic - and yes there's a whole range of average. But when you get up to a certain point it's just too much. And actually the example was a good one, because totally aside from not liking the pressure and discomfort that comes with that "full" feeling I also really like being able to FEEL the movement of my partner inside me. I like being able to feel him sliding in, that it's slick and slippery because of the excitement and passion between us. That's why EQ is important, because you feel that motion more. And when it gets too thick you just don't, you just feel... thickness. It actually detracts from the experience.

So yes I would agree with your hierarchy, I do love that ball-slapping during a deep/hard fucking, and while I would agree that girth is more important than length I wouldn't necessarily equate it with that "fullness" feeling. If that makes sense.

OK, somewhat "semantics", but I get your "drift"! Which leads me to ANOTHER couple of related questions....
              '
If a guy's girth is on the "larger side", say over or at 5.75" (size ref. being about 4.6" is "average"),

is it more difficult for a sexually experienced and "physically fit" female (such as yourself) to "grip" a larger penis than an average penis during intercourse?...( I can attest GUYS LOVE THIS)!

& additionally, DO WOMEN ENJOY being able to "GRIP" a penis firmly or is it frustrating or tiring, if it's "TOO LARGE"?

              Thanks (in advance) for "sharing"!

                Awesome info Quandisa !

My wife says she likes deep steady penetration, pushing together and kind of bumping more so than longer thrusts. It only took her 40 years to let me know that, course I didn't ask till then either. I love you ladies openness here in the forum. And the more us guys hear of this stuff, the better we can please the opposite sex. I think too many men just figure they got it covered and may not have a clue what you women really want. We need to hear this stuff , we aren't mind readers.

I'm going to say that yes, it's more difficult to "grip" a girthier one than an average sized one. Think of it similar to having your hand, or your mouth, around something.

And I don't know about other women but yes I enjoy being able to do that. I feel like I have much more of an active part in the experience. And I like the reaction that it gets from my partner When it's too thick you just can't do it as well, and I feel like it lessens the experience for both of us, which is frustrating.

Thank you, I think that's one of the reasons why many of the women who do get involved with sites like this do it. The more openness there is the more many of these myths and issues get dealt with, and the better it is for ALL of us!

I think also many women just aren't comfortable with actually TELLING guys what they like. And part of that might be because I think between couples there tends to be very little discussion about those aspects of sex unless it's part of foreplay/flirting or actually during sex. If there is discussion aside from that it's often taken as a complaint, or there's a fear that it'll be taken as things not being good enough. Women (and men) generally don't want their partner to feel like they're doing something wrong, or they're lacking in any way, so they often don't mention things that they'd really like done or would like to do because they don't want their partner to feel like they think the sex is inadequate.

Instead I think many people (women and men) tend to use a lot of non-verbal cues, and positive reinforcement during sex with their partner does something they particularly enjoy. It's one of the reasons you need to be a very aware partner and pay attention to those kinds of things, because sometimes that's the only feedback you get. I especially notice it with blowjobs, lots of nonverbal and spontaneous feedback during those lol. Women need to learn to be more comfortable with giving that kind of feedback.

So "too big" removes a lot of pleasure and sensation and replaces it with pressure and pain?

So technically speaking, average and big but not too big actually fires off more nerve endings?

I've always obsessed over the fact my girls ex was huge and assumed that thicker equals the vaginas nerve endings wrapped tighter meaning more pleasure.

                      This is wrong?

I seriously wish we were advanced far enough into technology so that we could some how experience the "sensations" of what it's like to have a vagina.

It would be very interesting to feel different sizes and understand what women tell us better.
It'd also be very cool to see how different male a female orgasms are.

                        One day..

I think something like that would solve a lot of insecurity problems.

Since I've been doing PE, I have noticed my wife is enjoying my improved EQ more than anything else. Even at 6.25" I have to be careful not to pound her cervix. If she's properly warmed up, though, it's usually not an issue. I do think we would both benefit with a little more girth, though. She most definitely doesn't complain, though, as she orgasms puddles most of the time. I've gotten better at giving her those kinds of Os with my improved EQ. It's amazing the difference EQ has made, and that is one of the reasons I do PE. I don't do it for the purpose of getting bigger. I do it for improved EQ, which benefits her (and me)...., more so than any size increase. If the side effect is increased size, especially in girth, I'll take it.

Sorry I'm out of the loop. Remember the PEGym name Penis Enhancement. Not enlargement. This is part of the reason I say EQ gains are the best gains. Total enhancement. There are so many things that can be enhanced. So many of us just get hung up on the size.

Given your stats, I'd say what these girls/women are saying, at least for them, is you are perfect as you are. Just make sure it's good and stiff, so condition that sucker and use it the way they like it used ! They all said EQ matters first. 6.5x5ish ought to be pretty pleasing to most women if used right

                                It's brain conditioning, man.

I imagine her getting pounded by this "huge" ex and assume it had to just been ecstasy.
She says it hurt to the point of not wanting to have sex with him sometimes. (But also didn't hurt all the time?..)

We were able to work out through looking at a users photo that he was around 6'' in girth, but she said "maybe a little smaller" than the photo we were looking at.

I'm at 5.25 (5.23 actually, just gonna round it for this though), I'm not dramatically smaller than him, however her words are "he's quite a bit bigger". I assume this is due to the fact he's shorter and much skinnier than I am.

I'm assuming he had to be around 5.75, so if/when I reach 5.5 if she starts to make any comments about me getting too thick for her liking I will gladly stop, but she has to tell me.

                                (I told her this already)

I jokingly told her I was going for 8x6 yesterday and she smiled and laughed while turning her head, I assume this was just a reaction because she knew I was kidding, but it also didn't get a "No..." so I got insecure. My fault though.

I can't gain much more length before she wouldn't enjoy it.
