I'm pretty certain they have given their input... I'm not an expert but I do know how women can change after children. My wife has changed 3 times and her wants and needs have changed slightly each time... But its never hit the point where she has said "love is more than sex" without wanting the sex part occasionally. You need to get her to tell you the root of the problem... If she won't be honest with you about that then there are deeper issues that need to be discovered. Don't treat the symptoms... You don't need an expert to tell you that this pattern of behavior is extremely unhealthy for your relationship. I would strongly suggest you broaching the subject of going to a marriage/sex councilor and getting to the root of the problem.
