Is there a way to make it not hurt if she said its uncomfortable. First time i ran into this. I barely got half in and my mid girth made her jump. She couldnt take it and wanted to stop. How can you ease more in or make it hurt less

A LOT more foreplay and taking it slowly. Some girls are just not able to take that much, though ... even with the proper precautions. -
More lube, more foreplay, take it slow, be gentle, ask her how she would like to start.

Be better at foreplay. Use your fingers to loosen her up internally. If she doesn't like fingers (some women find the texture too firm to loo), just play the tip. Your glans is softer/squishier and has more give than the shaft (even if it may be bigger). Go slow and wait for her to pull you in deeper. try positions where she feels less tight (legs spread etc). I've tried some of these things with larger toys I use to play with my lady friend, and they work quite well.
A bit unorthodox, but try almost fisting her. I've read of this woman who tried it with her too thick guy, and the thick guy became more comfortable to take.
Oh, and I've heard for some women, if they have an orgasm prior to penetration, it becomes too tight/ dry for them, so make sure she isn't that type. If she is, try for a partial, teasing foreplay (not to orgasm).
Also, give it time. Make it worth her while so she comes back for more, eventually her vaginal muscles would learn to stretch enough.
However, at some point you have to realize that women come in different sizes as do men, and chalk it up to incompatibility and move on.Comment

More: Also, what lubes do you use? Coconut oil works well (but don't use it with a condom). Cum lube (bad-dragon) feels like cum, and is really nice.
I have no experience with silicone lube, because my large toy is silicone too, but I've heard it is very slick.Comment

Hmmm, while the usual recommendations are more foreplay and lube, sometimes girls just won't be able to [pleasurably] take a certain size. Girls have different shaped and sized vaginas, and some will not be able to accommodate certain lengths or girths with all the lube in the world.Comment

Different sexual positions as well, if you don't like lube. Some positions you will be able to spread her legs open a bit wider to allow for it to fit better. Other than that, more foreplay. Try to get her relaxed, if she is anyway tense, she can clench up and it makes it harder to enter.
