Personally, I'd wear whatever was more comfortable for you.Be a reflection of what you'd like to see in others.
If you want love, give love.
If you want honesty, give honesty.
If you want respect, give respect.
You get in return, what you give.

Honestly unless they're like a see-through mesh or something I really don't think anyone is going to care what you're wearing while jogging. I think the fact that you're out there doing it is far more important than what you're wearing.

Obviously NOT a lady, here (lol)
, but I've been a jock all my life, so I'll offer my opinion. I'm a "shower", so this may not be the same for you, but when I tried compression shorts they absolutely CRUHED my junk
, and were so uncomfortable, I thew them in the trash! Maybe old-school, but IMO, you can't beat a swimmer style jockstrap to hold your junk in place when jogging or working out. I sweat a LOT in my groin area especially when exercising, and swimmer jocks are not cotton, but a quick drying elastic/synthetic that keeps me drier, firmly holds my package in place and allows me freedom of movement. I like 'em cause they have a narrow 1" wide waistband and 3/4" leg straps along with a pouch w/ adequate space to hold my 6+" X 5.5" flaccid firmly but comfortably in place with no flopping. So light-weight it feels like I'n wearing nothing almost!
Mine's made by BIKE, but there are several brands available, like Futuro, Champion, and DUKE, I think. Just search for "Swimmer Jocks" on the web.Last edited by jockinthebox; 10-06-2015, 11:13 AM.
