Probably depends mostly on where in the world a woman is from, and consequently what she's used to. A woman from North America, somewhere in the Muslim world or Israel is going to see circumcised penises as normal and may even find uncut ones 'weird' or consider them 'dirty' (which I think is sad, but there you go) while a woman from elsewhere in the world will be used to uncut ones and may see cut ones as a novelty (though I think she'd have to be unusually sensitive or squeamish to actually be put off).

Depends, I think most women in America prefer circumcised since most guys are. But in Europe it's less common, so it might be different. But most women I've talked to in the US do not find uncircumcised attractive or clean. Not saying it isn't, but what I've heard.

That depends on the girl and her experience. I fucked an 18 year old the other day (porn) and I was her first uncut guy. She was new in porn too so she didn't have a lot of exposure yet. Her opinion, just curiosity. She couldn't tell if she like it or not. Only after women gain some experience with both type of phalluses then they can start leaning towards one type of them. For me, it depends. Aesthetically I prefer the look of circumcised. But when it comes to actually being with one I care more about a) the guy it's attached to and b) hygiene. I find hygiene to be more of an issue with uncircumcised - some guys just seem to have no clue how to properly keep it clean and the result is.... less than appealing.

This reminds me of a funny story...
My junior year of HS we had a German exchange student named Gundter come out for spring football. Gundter was a big guy, broad shouldered, a sophomore, and a pretty good athlete. He had played soccer back home, but picked up on American football fairly quickly. Anyway, being the US, EVERY guy on the team was circumcised...except Gundter (of course). When everyone hit the showers after practice first day, it was pretty obvious Gundter was "different" (LOL)! Fortunately, Gundter was not shy, but a little "reserved", so he waited for a corner shower (It was just a huge shower room with about 20 shower heads, so everybody was "exposed"). Being new to the team, it was natural for guys to kid around with him anyway, but when he turned around and faced the corner while showering, with both hands obviously washing his dong, guys howled (welcome to HS team sports, Gundter)!! He was of course, embarrassed...but he was just pulling his foreskin back and washing the sweat & smegma off his glans...a naturally normal & hygienic thing to do!

Me being the "shower guy" on the team (and frankly glad to share some of the jabs I got because of it), I told 'em all to leave him alone, and not act like the "immature pervs" they ALL were! It didn't completely stop everyone from kidding us both, but Gundter & I became instant buddies. He even got comfortable enough to not use a corner shower after a week or so! HS jocks can be such nerds sometimes...just sayin'...

I find these opinions hilarious. Smegma isn't something that just appears overnight. to be able to see it you'd have to not jerk off, have sex or wash your dick for a week or more.
I also don't understand the opinion americans seem to share about washing an uncut dick. it's literally just pulling the skin back a little bit and giving it a few pats in the shower. literally two seconds. i don't understand why people put hygiene as an issue with uncut dicks. if your man has a dirty uncut dick, it would be just as dirty if it was cut IMO.

NOPE! Mine's always comfortably dry...no irritation nor flaky skin.
