I tried to go back to a simple jelqing routine and work up to more advanced routines but I had too much trouble maintaining an erection. I have therefore decided to stick to the following routine until my EQ is improved:

  • Edging for about 1 hour in the morning (3-4 days on, 1 day off)
  • 10 ulis during edging for about 1 minute each (will increase the amount as EQ improves)
  • Kegel (reverse included) 2 days on, 1 off - about 50 of each a day, will vary between more and less, longer and shorter holds.


I'm going to start using this blog weekly to get me motivated (I've probably said that before but hopefully this time I mean it).
