Also how long should you stretch for and maintain certain stretches. Your beginners routine is fundamental to the way I do PE and has already facilitated 1.2 inches of length growth for me. I currently have found myself at a plateau and I'm not sure what to change? I do 90 jelqs with 60 V jelqs which encompass 1 set, and I do 3 of those sets with stretching before and after.
