JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

  • Also how long should you stretch for and maintain certain stretches. Your beginners routine is fundamental to the way I do PE and has already facilitated 1.2 inches of length growth for me. I currently have found myself at a plateau and I'm not sure what to change? I do 90 jelqs with 60 V jelqs which encompass 1 set, and I do 3 of those sets with stretching before and after.

    Help me Sensei.

      Our beloved JonPop passed away some time ago: Please Read- Important!!!!!!!

      Rest days are for recuperation and growth. No male enhancement activities outside of sexual contact should be considered. If you're a bit sore from training then a brief hot soak should suffice.

      As outlined in the first post, helicopter stretches are performed for a quick count of 20.

      You should be adding reps each session in order to force progress. If you've been performing the routine for some time in a progressive manner and have plateaued, it could indicate you may need a layoff break.

      • I've just finished the beginner routine.. I use bathmate instead of jelquing, and I've increased in length and girth!! I do some edging before I put junior inside the bathmate..

        So my question to you, since I've read that resting is important.. Should I take a couple of weeks of now before I continue the workout?

          One full week of rest at the end of a cycle should be sufficient.

          • JP's story intrigues me... May he rest in peace.

            Apologies if this has been asked already, but is anyone aware of any "fat pad" loss that may have made up some of his gains?

            Not that I doubt his results, but given some of his comments, I believe he was an older gentleman. Losing some weight is a common way men regain some length, and it isn't uncommon for men to gain weight as they get older.

            I just want to be clear about what it was he accomplished in PE. I could see how some men might feel letdown if they followed his routine to the letter, for 16 months, and failed to achieve the same level of success he did.

            The most compelling thing (to me) about his beginner routine is his testimonial. Perhaps some may have tried it had he not disclosed his results, but I don't think the routine would be as popular as it has been without him setting a bar for what was possible within the intro.

            If you're just starting out trying to bulk up and you read an article written about Hugh Jackman eating lots of eggs, you're probably going to the store for a few cartons of eggs. Or at least seriously considering it. I think what JP gained, within the stated timeframe, is in the same vein.

            • If one is using the BP method to measure and doesn't have a very large fat pad then the gain made by fat loss alone (for BP measuring) would be notable but not substantial.

                      Forget about your LOT for now. Just do JP90 as described in the instructions. He said that he only put that in there for informational purposes only.

                            Find what works best for you personally, I stretch standing up and jelq sitting down, everyone will be comfortable with a different thing and I think it shouldn't matter as long as you are doing your workout properly

                            Not sure what you mean by "lay down to do jelq while doing streching", stretching is something and jelqing is something else, you can find jelqing demonstration videos if you click on "Jelqing" in the header section of the page.
