just a clarifying question for anyone when performing the v jelqs is 1 rep after going up the shaft once or is one rep after both hands have been used like a regular jelq?

JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

Hello, it's my first time using forums to actually post. I've been reading through this tread for about 35 pages and I have all the information I require now (or at least I think I do) to complete the full jp90 days routine without injuring myself.
I forgot to measure myself before actually beginning, so this is after completing 1 day worth of exercises and waiting 3 hours after that. If measurements tomorrow morning decrease before the exercise, then I know that it's already starting to work and that the better errection/longer lenght is a good PI. My goals as of now are in the signature. If I see decent enough results by the time I finish the full 3 months, I will update my goals. As of now, I do not want to get too excited about all of this
I will also measure myself once every 2 weeks, or if I notice something wrong. I do not want to make this my next obsession.
Also worth adding: never done any PE exercises before, so this is something new
Good luck to anyone else still doing it, and thank you to all the people that laid the foundations for our success

What do you actually mean with the progress forum and tracking exercise?
Like I should make a thread/discussion solely about this? My routine will stay the same for the most part of the 3 months so I don't think I'll need to update it that much.26.03.2019

Good evening guys,
I started PE long time ago like in 2013, and I made some great gains like 0.5 to 0.75 inches in 6 months but I got exhausted of doing it and want to take it back.
I saw that JP routine changed a bit. Basic Stretch is different (penis between the thumb and first finger at the base. Palm toward belly. Stretch out slightly and do what are called "Helicopter Shakes." Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20. (kind of like twirling a key chain).
Do I have to stretch out a little? 5 revs per second is like super fast, it means to make 20 helicopter shakes it will take 4 seconds, right?
Grasp your penis behind the glans in the O.K. grip palm down and stretch to the left holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
Try to rub your hand across your belly as you do these.
Quick Kegels means 1 sec contraction and release it? So 100 Kegels in total doing stretches? 10 stretches in a big circle, it means 10 circles to left and then right, how fast do I do the circles?
I used a rice sock to warm up and never warmed down because I think doing all this in the shower takes more time and warming down means going back to the microwave and heat the sock, is there another way or method to warm up and down? For me it's all about saving time lol.
And multi vitamin I was using https://www.optimumnutrition.com/en-...n-multivitamin Opti Men and I was always horny, it has some dick vitamins there lol what do you think about it?

I didn"t quite understand LOT (Loss of Tug) part can someone explain to me ?
Is this part of the routine( is routine starts with this stretches everyday ?) or just for understand for your LOT ? Should we do it before warm up ?
When i tried first and grip my penis and stretch straight up and tried to do kegel in the same time while stretching and penis pushing itself back many times or feels like want to shrink is it means that it tug back ?
I"m trying to make a good program and write down but wants to understand steps and right orders...
Maybe because of English is not my mother tongue ,im not quite understand details... Probably i will have more questions and im reading and searching slowly to understand right because i want to do it right and good.

Cool thanks , I did and i have some questions,
first one is ;
it says about 5 days exercise and 2 days rest. Can i make it like one day exercise and one day rest ?
V jelqs a little bit tricky and im not sure if i understand correct but i saw a video and tried to do as it says so, up and hold and then left and right. When hands reaches to the glans holding a little bit. I can share that video here and you guys can check.
I think about all other exercises im doing okey and will be better when i do more.
