      The leading cause of this happening with age is disuse and/or a decline in fitness (which usually ties in with decreasing T levels)- all of which affects EQ.

        Makes sense to me....I'm looking for a good nutritional supplement to help reverse or stall some of this. This may have been addressed someplace else but was curious. Been shopping around for a good product but haven't made the plunge yet.

          The diet is often the culprit in these issues, and shifting towards less starches, sugars, and fatty meats- and more towards leafy greens and lean protein sources should help.

          • I am relatively new to PE. I started 3 months back with the Jelq Free routine. I gained 0.25' in girth but did not have length gains. A month back I changed routines, i started the JP90 day routine in order to make some progress on length size. I followed a 1 day on 1 day off schedule. I did this for a month without carefully monitoring my PI's. I measured at the end of the month to find that I have lost 0.2' in length. Therefore I have decided to give my unit much needed rest so it can recover and possibly get back to my initial measurement. I will be starting back up on Monday depending on whether I have gotten back to my initial measurement. As described by JP in his routine thread, both hands equal one Jelq. Counting one hand as one Jelq I was doing 250 Jelqs rather than the 300 recommended. Counting one hand as one jelq, I am thinking about doing 80 Jelqs for the next month while monitoring my PI's. Implementing some type of progression scheme after the month is up. Any suggestions?

              That's basically what I've been doing the past year. My 92 year old father and I live together. With his diet restrictions I more or less eat what he eats, so I'm at least on the right track.

              • hey there,
                I have been doing this exercise program for about 80 days by now. Didn't notice any change despite my consistent efforts. i have been doing it 3-4 days a week, more like 3 days/week. What have I possible been doing wrong?

                note: I don't have a gf to have a regu.ar sex and I don't like masturbating. I do masturbate maybe one every 2 weeks or so. Was it the reason?

                • You should be doing a 5 days on 2 days off schedule. Up it to this and give it a a month to see what happens. After that we can talk about implementing some advanced exercises into your routine. Some gain with the JP90 and some don't. It's main purpose is to condition your penis before moving on to anything advanced.

                    But can I keep doing JP90 program without switching to more advanced exercises? I hardly have time for this program let alone wearing some devices or hanging some weight. Also I was wondering if the absence of regular sex or masturbating affects the growth negatively.

                    by the way, what I'm sure of is my erection is better than before. I never had an erection problem but it's even better now.

                    • Yes you can keep going with the JP90. However at some point you will hit a plateau with the JP90 and will have to change it up to something a little more advanced to keep the gains coming. I'm not saying that you need to add on to the JP90. You could just switch out one of the exercises with a more advanced on or change the entire routine over to something like Big Al's The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine.

                      • Thank you Cavalier. You didn't answer to my question, does the absence of regular sex or masturbating affect the growth negatively? I don't have gf and I don't masturbate regularly. Once in two weeks or so

                        • Do you have any random erections or morning wood. Not having sex or masturbating shouldn't affect it but I think at least having regular erections is important.

                            • Hey there, I'm a few days in but I think I should ask this before I continue. I have low testosterone from a medical condition (close to none) and I do not get morning wood at ALL. Morning wood from what I've read is important to gauge whether I'm having a positive or negative PI, right? Should I continue otherwise? I can still get an erection but not a 100% erection... More like 70%

                              Also I have done about four days of this routine, right after I'm done I notice my penis does hang more and looks bigger but it only lasts for twenty minutes then it returns to normal size, maybe even smaller then normal. Is that okay?

                              • Welcome to the forum!

                                Morning wood is only one of the PI indicators but isn't more important than the rest. Sometimes you can only go by what you have to work with and if your lack of morning wood is due to your medical condition then just work with the other PIs you can track for now. The 70% erection level is definitely something you are going to work on and you may want to follow this routine to start off with. https://www.pegym.com/articles/detra...egative-habits My recommendation is to hold off On the JP 90 until you start to see improvements in your EQ.

                                It's common for the penis to return to normal after a period of time but slowly over time this normal is going to increase.
