    Here are the don'ts:

    Don't compare your cock or your gains with those of other members.
    Focus on yourself and your pride and joy.

    Don't expect gains to amount to much for the first three months, at least,
    except for improved EQ, and this only if you are practicing jelqing and kegeling
    exclusively.

    Don't over do it to start with. Slow and easy does it. Breathe deeply. Experience
    your entire body's reaction to each jelq stroke and accompanying kegel.

    Don't count every repetition. Just make sure you complete the day's time
    allotted to each session. After a few weeks, if you are getting good p.i's.,
    keep going; stretch out the session.

    Thanks for the heads up. I started two days ago and I'm having a break today. I don't know if it was the ginger tea or the exercising, but two days ago I had the best EQ in a long time. Although I am more than happy with my size, I'll keep on exercising - be it for the sake of my penis' health. By the way, this exercising doesn't do anything for PE, does it?

      The jelqing will improve any PE you may suffer from.

        I cannot believe why doctor's do not recommend penis exercising for the sake of health. Albeit a beginner, to me this seems much more effective than taking medicines. What form of jelqing do you reckon to be most effective for PE?

                    I have a problem with doing a kegel each jelq, it makes my dick harder and harder, which isn't what I want when I jelq for length.

                        I only have that problem is I kegel. Also, mostly my first set of jelqing, I get semi erect after 50 jelqs. I then do 50 more jelqs then do my stretching. After my stretching set, I can jelq for as long as I like wihtout getting erect. It's this state of mind you need to tap into

                          IF I have rapid increase in lenght and/or girth in the first months (1-2), will my odds of getting good gains after 3 months be smaller? as if I've already got the "first increase" ?

                            Not necessarily. I had a half inch increase in the first two weeks, I'm sure from improved EQ. Yours
                            may have been for the same reason.

                              By "stretch out the session," I mean just keep going. Don't stop doing whatever you
                              are doing. Positive p.i's means your dick has adapted to the stress and is 'rarin' to go.
