    Hey everyone,

    After many sessions in Nov-Dec 2014 and in March 2015 (average of 2-3 times per week), I decided two days back to start PE once again. I went through a lot of articles on this page before starting. One of the biggest dilemmas I've always faced is Masturbation or No Masturbation during PE, especially during JP 90. Some articles say masturbation or edging is good, but one shouldn't cum. Some guys have posted that they refrained from masturbation totally - some did it once a week, some did it just once a month. I've read reasons such as increased testosterone by reduced masturbation leads to increased growth hormone, with helps PE: On the other hand, some guys state that by regularly edging, it helps to regularly have blood flow to an erect penis and the new grown cells, which solidifies the growth. These are conflicting arguments, leaving me confused.

    I really need to maximize the growth for the effort I'm putting in, because I have a quite tiny one - 11 cm erect (i.e., 4.3" erect). My flaccid is usually between 4 and 6 cm, and sometimes it's way too small (1 to 2 cm) when I exercise, swim etc. And this is now, after already doing some PE over the past 6 months. I probably did 30-35 sessions of PE already over the past few months (did the general stretching for 30 secs in each direction without the kegels and swirls until yesterday and wet jelqs with baby oil for all these sessions).

    Also, just wanted to ask if there are other articles that I should read apart from JP 90. I mean I'm doing the JP 90 and edging for 30 minutes with final cum release. Is there anything else that I should also consider doing during the JP 90 training?
    July 2015:

    Flaccid L: 1.5" to 2.3" (range for most of the time)
    NBPEL: 4.33"
    BPEL: 5.3"

    EGB: 4.7"
    EGM: 5.1"

    I fuck probably 10 times a week. Still have grown. But my eq isn't the best. And eq is def needed for girth gains ....I would say moderation is key

      I stick to cumming on my off days, although accidents happen. I find if I don't ejaculate, my flacid hangs much better, meaning better blood flow. And better blood flow is generally considered important for gains.

        Stick with JP90 and pay close attention to your PI's & EQ. Wrt edging, it's best done at the end of your routine to keep your penis engorged with blood for healing and also to improve stamina. I only ejaculate every other session, or not at all depending on how much sex I'm having. It's good to clear the prostate and make more semen 2-3 times per week, but too much ejaculation (especially manual, not through sex) is bad for EQ, and can also effect your stamina if over done or mixed with PORN. You might also consider a 2 days on/1 off PE routine instead of the 5 day program if, EQ or PI's decline as you progress. Most importantly, stick with your routine. Inconsistency will not yeild results in PE if you are continually starting and stopping your PE exercises. Start a journal and log your routine and progress plus get feedback from other members. It will help keep you motivated to stick with your routine and develop a "PE habit".

          jerking off my load used to be a real dilemma for me back in my younger days. I've always had a killer sex drive and even when I was getting snatch every day or night I would still have to unload my wad every morning and afternoon. otherwise, I would be going about my day with a very hard and aching boner.

          maybe that is why I have a 'pencil-dick;' maybe it isn't. I don't know.

          now that I am in my 50's, I don't need to shoot my load quite so much. even when I pump, I don't always have the uncontrollable urge to bust a nut, and now that I am gyming my cock to achieve added length, my dick definitely seems to hang much nicer.

          I honestly wish somebody had a definitive answer on this.

            I have been doing this as well, and this appeals to me the most based on the research that I've read.

              I read here somewhere that ejaculation should be done at least a few hours before or after, but not immediately before or after the PE session..I think I infered this based on a survery I read on this website. You suggestion contradicts that. Just wanted to know what do you think about this. I do agree that semen should be released 2-3 times a week for general prostrate health. The big question for me is when? immediately after the session as you pointed out, or on the off days as the previous poster pointed out. That's really the dilemma.

              The inconsistency is partly owing to lack of time or privacy and mainly because of an injury I have since a few months. I'm going to post that as another thread so that it's visible to everyone else who doesn't have interest in this post, so that I have a greater possibility to get a correct opinion.

                OK, members differ on when/wheather to ejaculate around here, so I'll give you "Jock's Jaded Jacking Jopinion"
                Here goes...

                If I'm having regular sex several times a week and finishing by ejaculating, I still edge at the end of my routine, but don't ejaculate. If I'm not having sex (like the GF's period week (usually due to cramps) I ejaculate every other edging session at the end of my routine; UNLESS (a better alternative) I catch the GF when she's on a midol high and get a BJ instead of sex, letting her take me to ejaculation. Then, I don't ejaculate during my edging either. So, the objective is to clear the pipes 3 times a week minimum for me.

                Now for a VISUAL DEMONSTRATION....

                Jock's Jacking higerarchy: 1) SEX, 2) BJ's, 3) edging.

                Clearer now???

                  For me edging can be too much when added to my routine. I have been told that if you are having sex for at least 1 hr a week you don't need to do stamina work like edging. I have sex at least that much. If I try to do edging too my performance suffers when having sex. I've learned that it can only take so much. Sometimes it's the total sum of everything I am doing that amounts to too much.

                    I usually have sex for several hours per week as well, but I edge after my routine for expansion and to extend my flushed flaccid I get afterward by wearing my steel horseshoe cockring (my GF's really into it). So that works best for me. Everybody's different, and "your mileage may vary". Find what works for your EQ & PI's best and go with it!

                      Referencing your other post, what the hell is a cock ring? I'm new to PE. All I know about it JP 90 and edging. Is there anything else I need to know during the beginners phase?

                        You can read about my EXTENDED WEAR COCK RING CHALLENGE by clicking on the link in my signature. I'd recommend you get some conditioning done before taking the challenge, but it's safe and will net you some gains if fitted properly. I've coached several guys this last month in getting theirs sized correctly to fit them. It's especially important to fit snug if you're a "grower" like 8+ out of 10 guys are.
