After many sessions in Nov-Dec 2014 and in March 2015 (average of 2-3 times per week), I decided two days back to start PE once again. I went through a lot of articles on this page before starting. One of the biggest dilemmas I've always faced is Masturbation or No Masturbation during PE, especially during JP 90. Some articles say masturbation or edging is good, but one shouldn't cum. Some guys have posted that they refrained from masturbation totally - some did it once a week, some did it just once a month. I've read reasons such as increased testosterone by reduced masturbation leads to increased growth hormone, with helps PE: On the other hand, some guys state that by regularly edging, it helps to regularly have blood flow to an erect penis and the new grown cells, which solidifies the growth. These are conflicting arguments, leaving me confused.
I really need to maximize the growth for the effort I'm putting in, because I have a quite tiny one - 11 cm erect (i.e., 4.3" erect). My flaccid is usually between 4 and 6 cm, and sometimes it's way too small (1 to 2 cm) when I exercise, swim etc. And this is now, after already doing some PE over the past 6 months. I probably did 30-35 sessions of PE already over the past few months (did the general stretching for 30 secs in each direction without the kegels and swirls until yesterday and wet jelqs with baby oil for all these sessions).
Also, just wanted to ask if there are other articles that I should read apart from JP 90. I mean I'm doing the JP 90 and edging for 30 minutes with final cum release. Is there anything else that I should also consider doing during the JP 90 training?
