I've got tight hamstring, psoas, tension pelvic floor and bad posture. I need to know what exercises you are doing so I can stretches to treat for these muscles in order to release it. So far I has been doing hamstrings stretches which is not good enough. It would be good if you would be happy to share so I can do more to work on.
