DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS COULD BE?

I've been working on the pelvic tilt and have relived a lot of the pain but the pain i do have is always coming from deep in the right groin/hip/ buttock

I'm thinking its either Piriformis or Si Joint. Burning in the right groin/ where leg connects to pubis bone, pain when touching the pubis bone. Pain when pressing the very outside of my right hip (illiac crest?), pain the front of my right thigh, Pain when pressing in the right groin, feels like my leg is twisted. Burning/ tingling in knee, arm, elbow and feel very unstable, occasional cramp in the right abdominal muscles, hard testicles but occasional shooting pain in the right testicle, achilles heel pain, and right ankle, it hurts to wear shoes on my right foot. Right shoulder pain. Im guessing something is pressing on the pudenal nerve and restricting bladder, pelvic floor, penis.

I've been slowly ruling everything out one by one but i believe this is where all of my problems are stemming from, if anyone has any suggestions to what this is , it would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks for posting this, can you please share me of what exercises you are doing right now??

I've got tight hamstring, psoas, tension pelvic floor and bad posture. I need to know what exercises you are doing so I can stretches to treat for these muscles in order to release it. So far I has been doing hamstrings stretches which is not good enough. It would be good if you would be happy to share so I can do more to work on.

Does the physio supposed to help you to do the exercises?

Well my physio has recommended me to go to pilates class after all I went to see her in few times when I had done the exercises and then she told me to go to pilates class. Does that mean she is not really helping me?

No it means she feels more work is required and that pilates is a effeicent way to do it. It is standard for physio to give you exercises to do outside of appointment times . You might also consider yoga classes .

By the by my physio my physio also recommends pilates in my case to combat the effects of age and a physical life .
It's such a shame the classes are so dominated by women many men would benefit .

A class with the majority being female? Sounds ideal to me

Hi man, i found a guide for correcting posterior pelvic tilt and do the stretches every day. You want to stretch your hamstrings, abdominal muscles, glutes. Then use a tennis ball or foam roller to release the trigger points, then superman streches to strength the lower back muscles and hip strengthening.

Well i saw an orthotics guy this week. He said immediately he could see postural problems. My feet absorb no shock whatsoever, and both my ankles pronate (where the ankles collapse inwards) really badly, and my right leg is trying to compensate for the left meaning there is a bow in the right leg now. One leg is slightly longer because of the imbalance.

He sent me to chiropractor to see whether it was hereditary or because of injury. She didn't say much on that and im seeing her again on thursday. One hip is lower than the other.

The orthotics guy pretty much assured me fixing the imbalance will cause all of my problems to go away as its causing inflammation and pressure on my pelvic nerves. I BLOODY HOPE SO!!!

Might I ask what stretches were recommended and which ones you found most effective?

Very interesting thread, I am looking at the freedom from pelvic pain dot com website, such websites that offer deals and state
                            "Privacy & Satisfaction 100% Guaranteed"

                            seem sketchy to me.
