hiya mate, pretty well it would seem, gerard sounded very happy with how much i'd improved, he slipped it right up there this time round, not exactly pleasant but i was happy that he could perform the internal work and he said its far less tense than two weeks ago, going back in a weeks time and he's gonna give me the wand to use luckily he said i was performing the belly breaths and reverse kegels well, its cool watching it through the ultrasound

cheers buddy, thats the thing dude, my erections are as good as they've ever been, no problem getting an erection or maintaining one, just my flaccid is hard most of the time, strange really, dont really know what bought this about other than a few sessions of kegel edging or my anxiety combined, but im currently tackling both aspects

In regards to problems with muscles in the glute, which is affecting my hips, groin, legs and neck etc. Who would be the best person to see. A chiropractor? osteopath? etc

I saw Gerard on Wednesday, he showed me some pelvic and back stretches to do to activate the muscles i guess. He did some light trigger point release externally and internally. He said i'm pretty much tight everywhere and told me to keep doing regular exercise, stretches and focus on breathing. He gave me some lube and i basically have to use my finger to do some light trigger point release at home . He said the wand might be a bit too much at the minute if reverse kegels are giving me problems. Im really confused, kegels irritate me and reverse kegels give me a lot of perineum and frenelum pain. Mentally i've been good, im fit and healthy but have hit a low point to be honest. I just feel kinda hopeless at the minute, it sucks not having an erection for a year and half and back and hip pain all the time. I feel like i can't progress with my life until this is sorted.

Hello, I am from up North England. After reading your post you have given me some hope the most hope! There are people out there who are aware of this problem. How did you find the Physio? My doctor wont refer me instead saying I have a UTI gave me antibiotics.... I I've no doubt if they do the person I see wont have a clue.

Hi mate, it just took loads of persistence really. it was about a year before i found one. I saw countless doctors, urologists and physios. Doctors were useless really, telling me it was all in my head until i finally found a physio who completely understood my symptoms and referred me to a pelvic floor physio she knew.

Also, i don't know how much you believe in spiritual things and the law of attraction. Basically that your beliefs and thoughts create your reality. but i often visualised in my mind seeing a pelvic floor physio, and would continuously write it down 'I am attracting a pelvic floor physio into my life' Just something that works for me personally. Good luck mate!

I found out at my last session that i have very slight scoliosis in my spine, and that i have had it for years so it shouldn't be much of a problem. However, this would most likely explain the problems i am having with my right leg and right side. It probably wasn't affecting me too much until i went crazy with weight lifting and the stressful situation i went through. It most likely made the problem a lot worse and has knocked my alignment out.

I always feel as if i am leaning on my right side and have no balance. and lots of pain when walking on my right leg all the time.

Can anyone please give me some advice on how to progress with my problem. I am seeing a pelvic floor physio once a month, as its far away. I had a really bad cough recently which made me reverse kegel a lot and since then ive had really bad incontinence. If i do kegels i have bad premature ejaculation and back pain, if i do reverse kegels i get incontinence and lots of pain in the pubic area and very sore perineum. i Still have pretty much no feeling in my dick. I have been doing internal trigger release as best i can, i massage my perineum every night, do hindi squats, lots of stretches.

I just don't understand what else i can do, nothing seems to change, still no morning wood. If i feel attracted to a woman, i have very little response from my penis and a lack of feeling in general but it feels like a slight tingle in my pubis bone but thats it. My penis is just dead haha, sometimes it extends in length but is completely flaccid. Hard and sore testicles still with veiny penis. Its like i can feel the rear pelvic muscles well but the front just has no feeling, no contraction or anything. Weird, please advise.

having found this and spoke to david myself, I would 100% consider getting on board with this breakthrough treatment, I hate to break it to you, and same with me having gone pelvic floor only physio, it probably wont work (as david and nic explain), DO THE DCT!!!
