I spoke with a urologist and he gave me 30 seconds to explain my problems when and how they started he immeditly said sciatica, but then tried to rule it out because my vein in my leg went down the inside and not down the back. Since have been on antibiotics as the doctor said infection... Pains have gone but not hard flaccid not urine/poo problems.

Great thread, thanks for that!
A question regardingt trigger point therapy inside the asshole:
How do i recognize trigger points?
Ok, either they are painful when pressing slightly, then it's easy.
And there can also trigger points you don't recognize?
'It being tight down there' means when you have trouble taking something in analy?Last edited by Lifestyle; 07-10-2017, 06:52 AM.Electromyostimulation study to treat impotence:

Well i haven't been on here in a while as the site never loads except for late at night.
But an update, i am now seeing a female pelvic floor physio who is a lot closer to me. She firstly told me to buy the book healing pelvic pain, and start with the first chapter of stretches. She has said i have a pelvic tilt and that i am hyper mobile. My body isn't supporting my body correctly and it needs strengthening. She is a arranging for me to get specialist orthotics fitted that support your pelvis as i have awful pain walking down my right side and foot when in shoes, and it is just generally out of alignment.
She is writing a letter to my doctor about having more blood tests done to check the blood flow in my penis. She has told me not to do any running as my pelvis is too unstable for it. But to do lots of walking and get my heart rate up.
As far as my symptoms go they are the same, if not worse. I had a really bad cough a couple of months back and have had incontinence ever since. extremely weak erections, have no sexual urges or desire. My doctor put me on a higher dose of viagra, which when i used it, gave me a shooting pain down my right testicle and groin. My pelvic muscles were completely exhausted. I had a full erection when i used it alone but that was only after ejaculating.
I guess there is some positive that i am seeing someone who knows her field well but still no changes. I can't have sex with my girlfriend which could become a big problem sadly. Hard testicles, weakness, trouble peeing, no morning wood, fairly hard flaccid, wrinkly penis, zig zag veins, stomach cramps, pain down my right leg when walking, terrible balance etc.

I'm sorry man. I have mostly the same symptoms as you and it sucks so bad. Should I find a PT or just accept my fate?Originally posted by joeeeee View PostWell i haven't been on here in a while as the site never loads except for late at night.

Okay hello again everyone, im not sure if anyone reads this but i find it extremely therapeutic to write so i will anyway. Who knows it may also help someone.
Next Friday i am going to see someone my PF physio passed me onto in London, this is to help sort out my posture problem. I asked her to confirm what it is that i have wrong posturely. She said i have an excessive posterior tilt which is most likely causing ongoing tightening of the pelvic floor. This week i started working extremely hard on the different muscles that are weak and tight and it has been helping a lot, i feel that my core is a lot stronger and stable.
The other night i had a very sexual dream and could feel orgasms during the dream, something i havent had since this problem started. I woke up with a boner that stayed up, now it wasn't 100 percent, id say about 70 and the head wasnt fully inflated but its something. i still have lots of problem with my right foot and something is off on my right side, still have hard testicles, occasional hard flaccid and incontinence but i'm working on it. I am beginning to stretch and relax the pelvic floor each day which hopefully will help.
I guess what happened was that i have extremely bad posture already, then i had two months of chronic stress which tightened my pelvic floor, and then i did extreme weight lifting without building up my body first. Silly, silly mistake!
I'm not sure whether i will have strong erections again but im sure as hell not gonna give up...

Well my train was delayed therefore i have had to rearrange for my posture appointment late November. I've realised all of my pain is stemming from my right hip/side of my pelvis.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS COULD BE?
I've been working on the pelvic tilt and have relived a lot of the pain but the pain i do have is always coming from deep in the right groin/hip/ buttock
I'm thinking its either Piriformis or Si Joint. Burning in the right groin/ where leg connects to pubis bone, pain when touching the pubis bone. Pain when pressing the very outside of my right hip (illiac crest?), pain the front of my right thigh, Pain when pressing in the right groin, feels like my leg is twisted. Burning/ tingling in knee, arm, elbow and feel very unstable, occasional cramp in the right abdominal muscles, hard testicles but occasional shooting pain in the right testicle, achilles heel pain, and right ankle, it hurts to wear shoes on my right foot. Right shoulder pain. Im guessing something is pressing on the pudenal nerve and restricting bladder, pelvic floor, penis.
I've been slowly ruling everything out one by one but i believe this is where all of my problems are stemming from, if anyone has any suggestions to what this is , it would be greatly appreciated!!
