    I was wondering if it's related to Vascular Occlusion Training - which, I know nothing about; but it's apparently a much talked about/debated thing among the body building community.

      His stuff wasn't legit. Look, I have peyronies, and fibrosis / plaque doesn't make the vein shrink or degrade, it just occludes it sometimes. Pentox allows the veins and blood to "thin" basically slowly infiltrating the plaque and softening / shrinking it. These mechanisms counter his theories and are rooted in dozens of NCBI research articles all over the internet, from multiple countries with top experts verifying. Fibrosis can also compromise smooth muscle tissue, but it can simply be stretched back out and work just as good (nearly). The only current proven therapy for blood vessel growth beyond the stuff we know works within this site is stuff like PRP injections and acoustic wave therapy.

      Even with things like mondors disease (thrombosis of superficial dorsal vein of penis) the thrombosis doesn't slowly kill / shrink the vein. People recover spontaneously (with abstinence or heparin) months after it has been nothing more than a hard cord for quite a while. I don't know what science this guy bases his stuff off, but everything about it goes against what multiple doctors and studies have taught me. The only case a vein in that region can degrade is when you have certain stages of hemorrhoids, in which case banding often relieves the symptoms (not because the vein degrades, but because some of the arterial blood is siphoned into the thrombosed roid when it should flow to the penis ((erection partially occurs in your anal region)) from some of the veins around the rectum / sphincter).
      To give up is to accept defeat. We must adapt. We MUST master every facet within until the process of elimination reveals the damaged one.

          Thanks Big Al, very interesting.

          I've tried it twice now (yesterday and today) and as might be expected, it certainly lessens one's erection temporarily. Not much else to report lol.

          I'm going to continue to try it just because I find the whole concept fascinating

              I didn't watch the whole video, but he says something like 'this should be pleasure not pain', this I think should go with any pe. This shit should be fun and feel good, not uncomfortable and burdensome. Too bad he couldn't write something up before he got banned. Quickly ban the new guy with new ideas!

                That is not what he got banned for!

                It would be wise not to make assumptions about issues you have no knowledge of.

                      Okay, so after a few more days my erections seem to be more persistent - there's definitely a difference.

                      Is that because I'm more used to doing something very weird with my dick? LOL?

                      Or, because I'm getting better blood supply via arteries?

                      I'll keep working at it!

                        I'd go with the latter, but sometimes the excitement of performing something promising can in and of itself feel refreshing. Let's see how time tells with this endeavor for you

                          This is interesting. This something that could be used to massage the cord that runs through the top of the shaft. I believe that it would be more beneficial to grab the head while limp and start rubbing prior to hanging. At least in my viewpoint looking at my routine.

                          On a side note...it appears that this is an isolated intense jelq. I believe that this has potential.

                            I think that this method has some merit.

                            What he is saying is that we can draw in more blood through the arteries( which, needless to say bring blood) if we push blood away in the veins. The resultant vacuum may draw more blood through the arteries.

                            What I think he was going to add in the next videos was a parallel between new artery formation in the penis on the lines of new artery formation in the heart for which there is established science I think.

                                I tried it today for the first time.

                                It did bring down eq. I tried it the first thing in the morning as i have a less hard time getting hard in the morning.

                                Also the technique relies on higher blood flow so I thought olit would be better to start in the day.
