This would put you in the mid-normal range- not accounting for age.

      What was total test ?

If free test was done by sensitive measure then it has value . Unfortunately it usually is not and so is very inaccurate and worthless.

Wow i thought i asked a simple question this is like pulling teeth .

Sorry it is a hassle. I'm just giving you what they gave me, free testosterone, no total testosterone reported. In any event it shows that the treatments have me within the normal range.

MEASURES OF ED TO GAUGE IMPROVEMENT

There are a number of ways to measure improvement that don't involve medical procedures. Most studies of ED use these. The most common one is the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF). The whole thing is here:

          https://www.baus.org.uk/_userfiles/p...flets/iief.pdf

These are the questions used to gauge erections (IIEF-EF questions, somtimes called SHIM): (The other questions deal with satisfaction.)

1 How often were you able to get an erection during sexual activity?
          0 No sexual activity
          1 Almost never or never
2 A few times (less than half the time)
3 Sometimes (about half the time)
4 Most times (more than half the time)
          5 Almost always or always

2 When you had erections with sexual stimulation, how often were your erections hard enough for penetration?
          0 No sexual activity
          1 Almost never or never
2 A few times (less than half the time)
3 Sometimes (about half the time)
4 Most times (more than half the time)
          5 Almost always or always

3 When you attempted intercourse, how often were you able to penetrate (enter) your partner?

          0 No sexual activity
          1 Almost never or never
2 A few times (less than half the time)
3 Sometimes (about half the time)
4 Most times (more than half the time)
          5 Almost always or always

4 During sexual intercourse, how often were you able to maintain your erection after you had penetrated (entered) your partner?
          0 No sexual activity
          1 Almost never or never
2 A few times (less than half the time)
3 Sometimes (about half the time)
4 Most times (more than half the time)
          5 Almost always or always

5 During sexual intercourse, how difficult was it to maintain your erection to completion of intercourse?
          0 No sexual activity
          1 Almost never or never
2 A few times (less than half the time)
3 Sometimes (about half the time)
4 Most times (more than half the time)
          5 Almost always or always

15 How do you rate your confidence that you could get and keep an erection?
          1 Very low
          2 Low
          3 Moderate
          4 High
          5 Very high

So you add them up and get an Erectile Function score of 1-30.

          1-7 severe ED
          8-11 moderate ED
          12-16 mild moderate ED
          17-21 mild ED
          22-25 lack of ED

Another measure is the Erection Hardness Score (EHS):

1 Penis is larger but not hard
2 Penis is hard, but not enough for penetration
3 Penis is hard enough for penetration but not completely hard
          4 Penis is completely hard

"Normal" means squat. Since we can assume that it was not done by sensitive measure free test is so inaccurate as to be worthless ..
I have never even heard of free test being done without total test .
Get retested get the numbers do not ever settle for being told "normal" .
Get total test ,free test by sensitive measure , estrogrogen, progesterone.

How long until shockwave therapy start to work?

I ran across this study which has some interesting results:

                https://www.jsm.jsexmed.org/article/...828-2/abstract

They treated people for nine weeks and compared the people who got the treatment with those who didn't. After a month there was no difference between the two groups, but when they compared them after 3 months the treatment group was having better erections. The interesting thing is that the effects weren't seen until after treatment was stopped. They tested people at 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 weeks. I wish they had tested people at two months also. The other encouraging news is that the treatment helped erections a year after the treatment was begun.

                  THE MACHINE
Shockwave machines range from about $1000 on the low end to $7000 and more. Most are made in China, which is always a worry since so much poorly made junk comes from there. I found this one on Alibaba, which is model SW6, made by Lingmei. With shipping and all it cost about $1200. I'm not plannng on using it on a daily basis like it would get used in a clinic, so I'm not too worried about it being a lower end model. If it doesn't work I won't be out that much. Besides therapy in a clinic would be $4000. I'm sure the doctors wouldn't like you to know that machines are available that can do what they charge you megabucks to do.

                  TREATMENT PROTOCOL
The big question is what parameters to use for the treatment. I got my settings from these sources:

                  So I chose:
                  • Energy density .09 mJ/mm2
                  • 15mm convex head
                  • 3000 pulses each treatment (1000 on left shaft, 1000 on right and 500 on left crura and 500 on right crura)
                  • 2 treatments a week

Here's a video showing a Dr. treating a patient. Be advised, it's a real patient and a real dick. The video not only shows you what the mysterious crura is, it's pretty clear you don't need a medical degree to perform the procedure.

One issue I've grappled with is converting the force of the device in mJ to the energy density in mJ/mm2 which varies depending on the size of the head used. The machine gives you mJ, but not mJ/mm2 for the different heads. The second source I cite above does give this information for a 15mm head: 120 MmJ is .12 mJ/mm2, and 180 Mj is .38 mJ/mm2. I've tried to figure out the math, but the relationship must not be linear and me and math have never been friends. However, by eyeballing it, 90mJ on the 15mm head ought to be about .09 mJ/mm2 which is the setting most studies used.
Could you give me please link of machine that you are using ?

Google: SW6 Lingmei. There are other machines that look different on the outside, but have the same guts. Some of these is sold by DHgate online.

SHOCKWAVE WON'T CURE PORN INDUCED ED

With all the free porn of every variety and for every taste it's not surprising that for many people porn can be blamed for their ED, especially in younger people who shouldn't have the physical issues.

                            Check out these links:

If you've got your brain used to getting off to porn and your own hand, and now you can't get it up with a real woman, shockwave isn't going to help you. You've trained yourself to a certain kind of stimulation, and your ED is not a matter of blood flow. Paying for shockwave treatments or doing them yourself will be a waste of money. You'll need to address the psychological addiction first.
