thanks for that post. Yes, I saw that thread a few days ago and it seems interesting.

A major problem seems to be that people cannot stick to the pelvic floor/kegel exercises. Its incredibly difficult to stick to a rigorous regime. Pegasus has also pointed this out in the thread.
Have any guys had this problem??
I know I have. About 7 months ago I discovered the research into the connection between pelvic floor muscles and ED. Since then, I have not been able to keep to a strict routine of exercises. I have started again now recently and have made out a chart to map my progress and keep me motivated.

Another common occurance seems to be the return of morning wood after starting a regime of kegeling. This happened with me briefly and Ive heard other guys say the same in these forums. Surely this is a very positive sign. Im very optimistic that sticking to the regime will yield big improvements -- if not cure the problem.

How did you get on with the exercises ED1987--did they help you?
Would like to hear from EQr and MrMP also.
Yes I find it hard to stick to kegels. But I'm very depressed and I think that is what makes it hard to remember to do them.

I have a bit more morning wood, and random erections. But this happened after starting reverse kegels, as well as being on daily Cialis for a month, but I put it down to the kegels.
When I have only done normal kegels ( no reverse) in the past I have maybe seen some improvement for a day or 2 then they started making it worse...

I am also very optimistic that they will help me, but realise it is not an overnight cure.

very interesting. Im not sure if it is the source of the problem but certainly a possibility.
Have you had issues relating to this?
A lot of people here who have ED issues are porn addicts.....And it's true that porn causes ED...So u might want to give it a try...Try read the testimonies that they write there

Its an extremely interesting website, and the videos are convincing.

Yes, I think this is worth a go and I will cease watching porn as well as implementing the P.F.Exercise regime.

        Cheers Kenlee

It will be tough at first but the result after 2 months abstinence will be worth it...All the best

            1987,

the kegeling sounds positive for you. Keep it up and dont stop.
Make out a chart or something to force you to do it even when you dont feel like it.
You have to be consistent and motivated with them for at least 3 or 4 months. Its a long time so I reckon you have to embed the exercises in your everyday routine.

Thanks, I think keeping the pelvic floor relaxed is just as important, maybe more so for me. At the moment I only kegel when I feel relaxed enough, but I hope to do it almost everyday and like you say get in a routine.
