Feb 14th I think its almost time to stop trying to figure out the body and ED. I kind of slipped up last night before bed and edged over the top. The last thing I thought would happen was wake up mid sleep with a hard-on. At one time I had thought that abstinence was the way to get wet dreams or nocturnal wood, but now I am totally convinced that its limiting your days you get yourself off. I am still in favour of 90 days off, that really helps with taking control of yourself, but it was when I went back to PE after those no touch days that things started to work better. So Yaa More wood to wright about ! TAAB

Feb 21st I have been a bit lazy getting things posted over the last week, but here is what I have found out. If you go back up a couple posts to Feb 11th I was edging and really trying to get my dick to move once fully erect. I am not all the way there by any means, but I can do this more easily. I hope that in the next couple weeks I can make as much gains once again. Now that I am working my floor muscles it is obvious that any kegle work I had done before was no way near intense enough. Keep in mind I am only doing 10 or more, but they are hard core. I had no strength at all when I started two weeks ago. So I think this is some much needed progress in the correct spot. TAAB

March 4th 2014 Well I was just having a shower and while warming up my Manhood for some hanging I saw a big improvement. I have been working on what's posted above, and had a thought. With a semi hard dick due to the nice hot washcloth wrapped around myself I thought why not try to lift it. I actually did a half raise ! That's big when you thing a couple months ago I couldn't even see any movement at all. Happy Happy Baby steps, but changes are a cumming ! TAAB

March 8th Mid sleep wood again ! I know I always say this, but I cant believe the size of my Rod when 100% hard. It just is nice to know with my current hanging routines all is well with my well worked over Dick. I am better than when I started all this over a year ago, but man if I could get that sort of wood on demand I could be in pictures ! Dirty Pictures That Is !!!!! TAAB

I just finished reading this entire thread. You have inspired me to try and complete a 90 day reboot. I am only 5 days in. I was shocked to learn the maaterbating could be the reason to erectile dysfunction. For a while I have been unable to get 100 percent hard I believe this will cure me. I am going to do what you did and complete the 90 days then start PE

That's a great place to start with the 90 days. I know I sound like a broken record, but if you look at porn at all, cut it out of your life. I am very happy that I did this thread. Every time someone say that it inspired them I know it was all worth it. Keep bust with other things Walhalla, and before you know it you will have reached your goal. TAAB

March 22nd 2014 Oh the balance of a new Foreskin, a Bigger Member and a Rock Hard Heat Seeking Missile. Well my attention has been with the Bigger Member for now. I love the new Hanger and things seem to be happening. I am still seeing more skin so that's not a total lose, just about a 4 hour a day average. My mid sleep adventures have been less than needing to report here, but with a layoff from PE it should all come back. I think ill keep going with the gains for now, then determine a date to have a full week break.............or something like that. TAAB

April 9th Been a while, thought I would stop in and give an update. Being I am working on three things here, ED , Foreskin Restoration and the length thing (hanging), it seems that any wickedly hard mid sleep stuff has come to a halt. I am making progress in the later two, but the ED is hit and miss. I'm not at all worried, much like the post above , once I get to my goal length rest will bring things around. Its hard to do a no touch run when you need to pull to get in the PE work. Have got back on the Prostate Massager of late.......OK pun intended. LOL ! Till next time. TAAB

if you ever want your dick to work again, i would stop the hanging and any other stretching/jelqing/enlargement exercises immediately. when the penis heals itself after being stretched, the scar tissue causes ED. the more you stretch and create new scar tissue, the less and less your penis will function to create lasting erections.Originally posted by TAAB View Postthe ED is hit and miss. April 22nd 2014 I came across this and though that if you had not heard of this you would want to. The download book is free and this page has something that seems to work. I haven't had a total break through with this but seem many have. I found this on another PE site and results are there for some. Let me know, and I as well will post if it works. Aug 9th 2014 Started a new thread but thought that I should place it here as well.Just found this video and all that is directed to prostate/pelvic floor recovery, is directly related to ED as well. Its a good watch and combines all the exercises that we are told to do to correct ED. I find that in my day that this will be a way that I may stick to this. Have a watch and try the floor routine it can get pretty intense.

I have to say that the exercises in the video really make a difference in mid sleep wood. Seems over the last few days boner health is in proving. I like to do these seated, laying down and standing throughout the day. Also for us guys that cant raise out now bigger rods thanks to this site, standing with a stroked up boner and trying to raise it works the same muscles. Its a nice way to see the improvements day to day. TAAB

Feb 20th 2015 Thought I would ad this here as well as what ever post I just latched on to...........
Today I found several post and articles on CELERY SEED. I was interested in the results, as well as the failures with it. I did notice that on the supplement lists here on the GYM they have removed it from the list due to its diuretic properties.....I think was the reason for removal. Now other than its erection purposes I found it to have a good number of athletic benefits as well. Also there is the fact that of all the supplements out there it is in the basement as far as price. So with little to loose I will give this a go. Ill try and keep some regular updates here, and ill genii pig this one in the next few weeks. Just started with chewing down half a teaspoon of this nasty stuff, and will go to two times a day three if possible. That seems to be what is required for any change in erections. Feb 23rd Just an update about the Celery Seed. Cant say much has happened as of yet, but ill run the course over a month and see what happens. I am also taking this week off any PE other than Foreskin restoration. I set that on the back burner a bit due to working on length gains. I feel that on a PE break its a nice way to have my dick covered with my DTR device to keep my hands off with little or no stress on my unit. All the hanging has defiantly gained some skin.
