    August 20/13 Im thinking with me, I was so far into the negative I will need at the very least two whole months. Mentally I'm in a much better place, but physically it could take a while.

      I THINK ITS WORKING ! Ok so I had an email I needed to send. It was a bit explicit ....sort of a flirty thing with a female friend. Dam if I didn't start to get hard. Maybe about 60% ... I was like send send send.........just to get the thing back to soft. Yesterday I decided I had to do some trimming of Mr. happy, so I did need to pull him out and hold him so to get the razor over the shaft.         So here it is Friday August 23rd. Not much to report, just keeping myself busy with things I normally wouldn't have time for. You know when your pulling your pud to internet porn things that are day to day don't get done. I have even jumped into some long standing projects that are well on there way to completion now. The BIGGEST THING that I want to complete is that extra inch ! But in time , after the EQ is back.

            August 26th Well I still am looking for that major sign that all is better, but I am another week through the reboot. I do see a mental change, but like some they say that they look at females differently in a better light. I look at them all like a horny puppy now. I mean its been over a month of this reboot ! I feel the urges more often even without a raging hard-on in my pants. I am wondering if at what time it may be ok to use a prostate massager to relieve myself without touching my junk ?                 K - I am thinking that the rewire is to change what excites you from visual to what you feel thru touching, stroking, being with someone, etc. I found last week that I could cum by masterbating and only enjoying how it felt, no recall on visuals, first time in many months. Last Saturday morning with my wife I exploded by the feeling inside her, again no visuals other than her. You have been on the journey longer than I have so I may be off base here. I believe I am responding and training my brain back to when porn was not main stream. Touch and sensations only. Maybe you should take the next step and get off by your touch only. It would ease the "what if" and train your brain to enjoy and react to your senses. I am not looking for wet dreams as a sign as I have not had one in 40 years.                   August 27th You may be correct there about retraining to touch only. I have read that ,and may have even posted about that some place. Being as competitive as I am with myself I think ill keep going through next month to make a full 60ish days. Then again if my gal had some time and was aggressive I would test the waters. I also think that once things do start to get back to normal I will need to carry on without most PE except hanging. I think due to most PE exercise depending on the person it can also desensitise some. I found that hanging effected my EQ the least, and was able to do it for long periods of time.
                  So back to the idea of touch to retrain yourself. I totally think we have forgot how to please are selves due to how we progressed with masturbation. Most find at the beginning that your turned on and it feels good, but some where along the way we start to loose the time to do it for the soft lite touch, and basically beat ourselves to completion. Start to Finnish, instead of slow and easy and allow the the build up to go about its business naturally. Other than spending countless hour in front of a PC stroking to porn, I don't think many take the time to spend and hour soft touching and only focusing on the sensations. Truthfully have you used a feather, the back of your hand......... the list could go on and on.

                    August 30th So some time while in bed I had a stir going on between my legs last night. Nothing mind blowing, but when things start moving without be coxed I'm happy. Now I have been on the total non touch thing for some time, but as of late when relieving myself I will give one good stretch before putting my man away. I have noticed that the skin above my shaft within the hair has gotten tighter. Just an observation, not panicking about loosing any gains. In fact the way my member hangs now is better than ever. As much as I keep looking for that very day things just start to work the way they should, I need to remind myself of this. Even if this took a year to fix. It was due to decades of ... lets just call it abuse. Every day I am getting better, even when things seem the same, its another day in the books to the good.

                      Long weekend in the books and was able to keep myself busy. Here it is Sept 3rd and am well into a second month. Have had no interest in pulling my member other than a shake and light stretch after a trip to the bathroom. Sleep was a bit better over the weekend as well. I have had people say I seem more happy of late, don't know if that's true or not, but Ill take that !

                        Sept 6th Why do I torture myself ? Not what your thinking I'm sure. If you have read all this till now you would think I mean pulling my member till its blue. No not that at all. I decided to take a look in the Progress Forum ................ I so want to get back to stretching to my goal. I was hoping to reach 7.5 by mid September, but here I sit reading about you guys doing the work outs, and gains. I know I am on this quest at the moment to reboot, I have 'beat' the porn aspect in the ass with a size twelve, but still not touching till I see some good EQ. I am very close to hitting two months with no orgasm or edging. Porn was a thing of the past since Feb 1st. ,and of late down to two or less small cups of coffee a day. I have stopped with the 5 G's over the last month ,and will start up on that again closer to October for an added boost. Having said that I do supplement with stuff we like here on the GYM regularly for athletic reasons so I'm no slouch without the 5 G's.
                        So lets hope for some results so I can pull out an Eight soon !

                            Hey commando ! Thanks for the mail and encouragement. I am still holding strong ( I really need to stop saying it that way) now September 11 2013. Having just written that I send thoughts out to all effected by 911. I did read threads about uncontrolled ejaculations while doing a number of activities. On my end I would count yourself lucky, turning down the volume is easier than turning it UP !                               Wow am I getting busy these days with everything other than pulling my PUDD ! Here it now is Sept 15th and I have nothing to report so to speak. I just am on auto pilot as far as this new lifestyle with no porn or jerking off. I am still waiting on this magical non induced boner that I once had in my youth.
