    I've posted here a bunch of times and I still have e.d. I haven't had a normal erection since 06. it's starting to destroy my life I've destroyed my relationships because I can't have sex and I'm small. I need to change but I need help

    I tried exercises in 06 when I was masterbation on average 5 times a day. I did light exercises about 3 days in a row with a lot if masterbation and since then it's been broken. I'm hoping its not permanent damage and the reason It doesn't work is because I'm always masterbating. I've tried going 90 days without masterbating and my record is 9 haha

    I don't know how to stop masterbating. It is usually with porn too, about 98 percent of the time. I don't even like it half the time it just pisses me off I can't get hard and I'm small.

    I really need help. I need to stop going to town on myself but I don't know how to stop. Are there any techniques I can use? I'm hoping the break will fix my 7 year erection problem and then I can make my penis bigger with exercises after.

    If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate. I know I won't get anywhere if I can't stop masterbating. I'm tired of just taking about it. I'm trying to stop but I always crack. I'm weak

    I really think it's an addiction too because when I'm happy sad angry or anything I wanna masterbate. And after taking days off when I crack i do it at least 4 times that day.

      You need to find a local sex-a-holics annonymous meeting and attend it every day. You have a SERIOUS addiction. Masturbating/watching porn 5 times a day is a big freaking deal. I don't mean to sound overly down on you, but no woman in her right mind would want to be with someone who is that self-indulgent in their sexuality.

      You need to join a 12 step program NOW. Don't waste a moment.

        I am addicted to porn and therefore addicted to masturbation, I masturbates on average 5-10times a week. I also tried the 90 days without porn, I managed to quit for 5 days.. . So I realized that it doesn't work. I am trying something new now and that's to cut down masturbation, to like every other day and or maximum 5 times a week... What keeps me motivated you ask? The consequences of masturbation is what's keeping me motivated. Consequences of over masturbation (over ejcaulation) Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time:

        Lower back pain

        Stress / Anxiety
        Thinning hair / Hair Loss
        Soft / Weak Erection
        Premature Ejaculation
        Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
        Groin / Testicular Pain
        Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

        What is considered over-ejaculation?? Well that depends on age, the thing with men is that they get used up, they can't have sex everyday, but women can come 24/7 for the rest of their life. (The everyday thing obviously depends on age, if you are 30 I doubt you can, if you are 18 sure you can..)

          I'm down to 1-2 times a day now. I don't think I'm ready to pop for a program yet. There has got to be techniques I can try. I'm not worried about masterbating killing my relationship. I'm worried more about my little penis premature ejaculation and e.d which I can't fix because of all the masturbating

              He my friend I am really proud of you as I know how hard it is to stop the addiction. I was there with you and had a record of how many time I could get off to porn all alone in my home. Then I started with only once a day.then it was can I leave it a day,then two days. Only Friday night s so I could get to sleep easy. What ever you choose to wean yourself down we are always here for support. It is doable ! As to whether you will relapse ,or take a year, to get on a steady road to recovery it is all good. I am not saying that a relapse is good,but if you stopped for a week and then got yourself off, LOOK BACK .... YOU DID A WEEK. You need to look at tings in small bits. I went on a holiday and didn't have time to get myself off,...That was a full week of the new me, a taste so to speak. It is always something to look at and take note that YOU CAN. Its up to you as to how long you can get,and its your choice to KEEP YOUR EYES on the BIG PRIZE ant the end of the road. TAAB

                I don't think lowering the amount of times I do it will help me because once I do crack I crack bad And do it over and over. I think I'm gonna have to cut it off completely to make anything happen. I'm starting again today. the whole time I'm writing this I'm trying to fight not doing it right now. The comp is calling to me haha

                  I was right there with you 3-5 times a day sometimes and I just quit. one solid year with no masturbation and now another year later maybe 1-2 times a month and thats it. I do get sexually frustrated at times and its tough but You can do it. Cut the porn out!!

                      I've gone up to 11 months without masturbation. What you need is a hobby. Pick up exercise instead. To masturbate that much means you really have nothing outside of touching yourself in your life. It's probably difficult for you to hold down a job.

                      You need to see a therapist. You also need to pick up other habits. That, and, just flat stop. Don't give in.

                      Take my stopping advice with a grain of salt though. I'm an extremist when it comes to habitual behavior. If I want it to stop, then I stop cold turkey and never look back. Relenting and giving in to a habit is weak.

                          IM all over it....One day and one day closer. I have never been on here so often, and never been so motivated to keep at this. Just do yourself a favour. Just like a smoker who is quitting needs to change it up, not sitting in the same chair ,or not doing things at the same time. Figure something out to do anything different around that time you would go to your Vice. Stay Strong We are all here with you TAAB

                            jacking off is normal. quit with the porn. just limit the masturbation. if you're doing PE consistently and still having ED, you need to see a dr.

                            Your masturbation sounds like a compulsion and that's not good. You might want to see a psychologist because it sounds like you have a lot of self esteem issues as well.

                              That's what I was leaning towards doing. my plan was to do sit-ups or something whenever the urge kicks in.
