I take 500mg of saw palmetto mixed with other stuff everyday for that.
How did you break it? is it fixed now? I did it when I was 20.
Constant masterbating and I guess doing p.e a couple days in a row wore it out and I never took a rest from masterbating to let it recover. I just have to hope it's not too late now. looking back ill bet if I just let it rest for a couple days I would have been right back to normal. I was jackass, I just hope it's not too late.
I was getting into good shape and working out a lot then I sprained my ankle bad playing basketball a month ago so I can't workout much
I'm trying to get back in the weight room. I'm gonna workout at least 3 times a week and do the pelvic floor stuff ( should I do it every day?) for the 90 days along with the hair treatments and hopefully ill be jacked with hair and not have a broken dick haha
If that doesn't work ill prob go to plan B and drink a lot of alcohol and eat a lot of cheese and bacon and not move much, that could be sweet too haha

hahaha yea man, plan B, I've been there. I've been down just about every path since my injury besides the one I'm on now, which is finally a healthy and "do-all-that-I-possibly-can" in hopes that I can recover. I was 13 and a full out erection got pushed forcefully in the opposite direction (downward) by the jeans I had on (stood up from sitting position). I heard/felt a popping sound and it's never been the same since (curves down rather than up like used to and is not supported well at the base). I also did not let it rest, ever...I just masturbated more and more to make sure I was ok, which I realized I wasn't...but I didn't know what to do and I didn't want to tell anyone.
Man has it caused me some serious shit in my life. I developed multiple mental illnesses, one being a very deep seeded depression that worked its way into every aspect of my life over the years. If you want to see a timeline of what I've gone through just look at my thread. I've also battled with a hard flaccid every day of my life since then. So...if I can heal, which I seem to be making some steps toward, then I am positive that you can. All I know is that this is my last route to take. Even PE made it worse when I started a routine doing that. Rest (complete abstinence), balancing the pelvic floor, no porn (to reset brain), healthy eating and living, supplements for blood flow, and therapy (saw a CBT for a couple months in regards to my HOCD and depression)...this is my only hope now. I have confidence it is working though.
Good luck on the hair thing man. My cousin went through a phase of alopecia which was really hard for him, but the meds and time healed the condition. That's crazy how jeans can do something like that. I'm guessing you stick with khakis now haha
People always ask on here if I heard a pop or anything and I def didn't. I really don't get why it hasn't healed on its own even with masterbation.
So since taking off and doing the pelvic floors you have def gotten better erections? The hard flaccid is my problem too. I'd say I only get to about 75 percent and it dies right away.
When I tried daily cialis it just stayed it 75 percent but didn't go down which really worries me about having some kind of blood flow problem. ill just stick with this and see how it plays out first. I just don't want to be depended on the exercises, it sounds like that happens to a lot of people on here.
I measured yesterday and I'm a little over 6in at 75 percent or whatever so I guess that's not bad length even though it looks really small to me. my girth is what kills me, I'm only like 4.5. an extra inch in both would be good enough for me. I don't even care about being big I just wanna be able to do the job.
I've been on hair stuff for about a month and haven't seen anything yet but it's a 6 month thing so I guess it's too early to make the call. it better work it hit me really hard in the pockets and all the stuff I have to do is a pain in the ass.
Yeah Internet helps I told people about the hair stuff. Broken dick stuff not so much haha

You do the floor exercises everyday so long as you are able...I've had some days where I physically can't complete the exercises because my muscles are tired/recovering. For the most part though everyday seems to work fine. But yea, I'm hoping to be a new man by the end of all this...gotta have that faith. Lost the past couple of days to depression...man I wish I was better at fighting it but sometimes it gets the best of me even after all this effort toward positive thinking and all that good stuff lol. Ill prob take weekends off then, I don't wanna push myself too hard. A lot of times you'll walk away with better results if you rest. 5 days a week should be enough.
I think I've def gotten hit with more depression since this happened, but more than anything it just pisses me off.
This was my hardest day yet, hopefully it will get easier. I doubt ill make 90 days. but I have to at least hit 30

Hey man, I noticed a similar effect early on...I was like man, shouldn't my erections/morning wood be better and more common by now? But they did seem to "get worse" around that early phase...it's strange that there would be a drop off. I'm pretty sure this must be a normal occurrence for an addicted masturbator/porn user. I don't know what the science is behind this but anyway, I've begun to try some alternative methods that seem to be helping with night/morning wood.
Literally in just the past few nights before going to bed I will visualize a sexy girl and try to fantasize but only in my mind (I might let myself look at one picture on my phone for just a second, not nude, but just some sexy model, to give me a starting point). This is something I am not very good at considering I was so afraid (for years and years) of what my brain might deal out with HOCD (visually speaking)...lost my confidence in my own ability to fantasize, which is a nightmare in its own. Anyways, I'm getting this ability back the more I work on it. And dude, I woke up several times last night and again this morning with solid 80%-90% quality erections...I don't know if the fantasizing has anything to do with it, but it seems to correspond.
Do you ever fantasize for extended periods of time without continuous visual or physical stimulation? If not, this may be part of why you're experiencing a loss of erection frequency/quality. I know with me, porn became my gateway to erections and at a certain point in my life, if I was going to masturbate, I was going to watch porn every time. So, as men, we become conditioned to this, and when the porn and habitual masturbation is taken away, we become numb like a withdrawing drug addict needing to get high. Our drug has been overstimulation and once we don't have it, "our junk don't work right"...just like the brain of an addict takes a long time to recover from addictive drug use (although, I think we have much more hope in the matter to a certain extent, especially when talking about things like years and years of heroine or cocaine addiction). Anyway, gotta learn how to use our minds (which will make the real thing seem like heaven haha) the way we would have if we didn't have access to porn. Unfortunately, porn makes the real thing seem dull and mental fantasizing becomes the last option on the list of things to "get you off" (unless of course you get good at it again).
Just another tossing of my two cents based on what I'm going through. Hang in there man, it's slow business, but at this point time is our best friend for healing. And seriously, consider taking some supplements, even if it's just a few. It is speeding the process for me personally...I can definitely tell the difference.

I don't think porn is the initial reason were having problems. we damaged our junk and not letting it heal with non stop masterbation is why we still arnt cured. that's what I think, or am I at least hoping. I've watched porn a couple times since my no masturbation run to test my erection. prob not a good call haha it seems about the same, def not better yet. if I don't see any improvement in 20-30 days I'm gonna start worrying

Please don't take my next statement as an offense, but I think you may be trying to justify your continued use of porn by constantly alluding to that statement. The torment that you're going through in attempting to get over this is obvious
You have to realize that, when you stimulate yourself to porn, you are conditioning yourself in a very profound way. You are also creating very unrealistic expectations for yourself- as well as your potential partner(s). When you combined the conditioning with "convenience" as well as overlooking the reasons WHY you're masturbating to porn, then the end results are often not good.
Ask yourself this: WHY are you masturbating to porn? Please dig deep into the answer too and avoid merely stating that it's to satisfy your libido.
If you really want to examine this on a higher level, consider the widespread effects of nearly ubiquitous porn use in many societies and see that the negative effects are not limited to men. How about the question of why it's popular for women behave in the negative way that they do in typical nightclub scenarios and parties- especially when they claim that their behavior is used as an attractant towards men? Some women questioned on this behavior claim that they are expected to behave like that because that's how men expect them to act. The pat answer is to say that these women are "sexually liberated", but consider the level of self esteem of these women as they feel the need to act in this fashion just to feel wanted.
Now, consider the logical extension of this type of continued behavior as it reinforces itself on a generational level?!
Some might state that this kind of thing is nothing new, but I disagree. The internet (being the double edged sword that it is) has allowed free or nearly free access to instant sexual gratification on a level never observed in history. While the above negative behaviors have been present in human cultures in one form or another since history has been recorded, it can be said that the ease and acceptance of it has never in history been this widespread- except perhaps in the history books showing that this type of widespread behavior is usually seen at the decline and end of a particular civilization

I'm not saying porn had nothing to do with it, Im sure it added to my masterbation addiction. I use porn because its easier than having to come up with something myself haha even when I was masterbating non stop I didn't only do it to porn. either way if I cut down masterbation ill be cutting down porn too. If you watch porn to watch it and not to masturbate or anything like that then you def have a problem haha
I'm sure i have a slight porn addiction but it would be harder for me to not watch a regular movie then a porn movie.
the amount of porn I was watching was def not good but I don't think it was my main problem
