  • 22 years old suffering from ED

hey, so ive been suffering from ED for sure for about 6-8 months now and possibly longer but i was in denial about it and depressed.
Basically, i broke up with my gf about two years ago and at the same i was also on a mild steroid cycle. I know the two did not combine well and i went into a very deep depression. My sex life was not very active for a while thereafter and i did have some problems with the few sexual encounters that i did have, but i attributed them to the breakup and depression. In the span from then to now i did take some supplements such as test boosters and proteins because i was very into lifting, thought it might be important to mention. Also, i have been a habitual marijuana smoker since i was about 17, but recently (the past month) i have stopped because i need to fully confront this. I have done some drugs in the past, but overall my drug use (outside of marijuana) has not been excessive by any means.

I do not get morning wood anymore, full erections during masturbation are almost not existent or only stay for a very short period (<5 seconds). I feel as though i have gotten over the depression, but then every time this issue comes up it sends me back into it, however it is now unrelated to the breakup. I also have discomfort and tightness in my lower abdomen and pelvic area and this is the part that makes me think that it is definitely physical. 2 months ago i saw a urologist, and gave him this information. He did a test and free test evaluation and said everything came up fine and if things didnt get better in a couple of months to come back.

Things didnt get better. I moved back home so went to another doctor and got a full blood panel done and everything was fine again and he also shrugged it off, and yet here i am.
I bought liquid cialis a few months ago also off ARR labs and at first the full dosage it was difficult to get an erection and maintain, but now i can take about a third of the dose and get and stay hard well, but when i stop it goes back to rock bottom.

I do masturbate much too often, i already know. Partially because of my fear that i wont be able to get an erection if i do try, although i do have a high sex drive, and apparently little self control. i know that i need to cut this down a lot to help.

I feel like it is physical and not psychological, but really i just dont know.
Im not sure what else to say, i need advice.
I know that this was scattered, but please help and if there is anything that i did not address that could help let me know. thanks guys

i appreciate the response. Im aware that abstaining from masturbation and porn can help which is why i plan to do so, but i have done this in the past (although for shorter periods) and i feel as though there are definitely other causes given i have pretty much always masturbated this often and never had problems and also given the circumstances in which the symptoms arose.

If you watch alot of porn and masturbate very frequently (daily or more), try joining AP-90 on this forum. It's a bunch of guys trying to quit porn, and you'll read alot of positive reviews there. It can really change your outlook on life and sexuality if you've depended on porn for masturbation for a long time. I'm in the group and I can report major changes after just 30-40 days.

Also, if you were in your teens while being on a cycle I would suggest getting some bloodwork done for low T or high E. It's best to be on the safe side and be able to exclude possible causes.

A mans prime EQ without PE, will be when he is like 14-18, Hence we can deal with masturbating and coming 10 times a day with a full erection. Day in day out like it's nothing. This is not feesible for a 22 year old man, especially one who has accelerated his decline through steroid use.
Do your kegels, reverse kegels, stop watching so much porn, and don't have unrealistic expectations of EQ, no 30 year old is getting the same quality of erection as he did when he was 14 year old.

i think there are some misunderstandings here...i understand that if im masturbating multiple times a day it will lower EQ, however my point is that i never have good EQ. I dont get nighttime or morning ones with anywhere near good EQ either. I do not have unrealistic expectations of EQ i just want legitimate erections that would be firm enough for sex, which they are not. Its not like my quality has just diminished slightly, it has diminished almost entirely.
I already got my bloodwork done by two different doctors who told me everything was normal.

Just keep your head high. The more I thought about the situation (turning down countless chances for sex with hot girls) the more it fucked with my head. Been travelling last few years now and boy if I got a pound for every generation to I turned down i would fund my travelling ha it sucks but we'll into my reboot now and fuck as the positive symptoms come back, so does your positive attitude...towards life in general. My advice (just a tucked up 24 year old take it with a pinch of salt ha) is do the reboot, start a blog of your progress if you think it would help you stick to it a d just pretend none of this is happening and just concentrate on moving forwards. I would bet the little money I have left that you are stuck in your minds thoughts most of the day! Most people are who are in this Shit. But it drains your energy and slows/stops recovery. Ok k ow it's fucking hard to stay positive but you got to. If your tests have come back fine all you can do is reboot and wait for that awesome sex again haha. Let me know how your progress goes, I am genuinely Interested also need a buddy in all this Shit haha

And your eq will almost definitely come back if that's what the problem is. I went through a fair few years of not being able to get 5 percent erect and never ever got morning wood haha so the fact you can still get something and your only 22 you have some stuff to smile about mate!

Aceshigh is giving you excellent advice. The longer you continue with porn and unhealthy masturbation habits the worse it will be. It sounds weird but the reboot helps a lot. The trouble is physical in nature, but caused by psychology.
My advice is to start the reboot and go at least the 90 days. Longer is better. Then also look at the pelvic floor balancing threads. Also hard flaccid threads. You are likely extremely overly tight in your pelvic floor. Start doing reverse kegels deep flat footed squats, and other yoga type stretches to ease that area and your lower back, upper thigh and butt areas also.

Try not to worry. Relax. Good luck keep the journal a and we will help you along the way.

You shouldn't be masturbating and cumming with a sloppy erection. You need some self control. Abstain until you can get a decent erection and then you can cum. Your lower abdomen and pelvic area hurt because of cumming too often and involuntary kegels while masturbating to try to get hard. You may have been able to do this when you were young, but your body can no longer keep up.

Have you tried any PE to get better EQ?
                    BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
                    MEG: 5.9-6.5" HeadEG: 5.4-6.25" BEG: 6.25-7"
                    CI:1.5 -2.5
                    Flaccid: 5"x4.75" -> 6.25"x5.375" for +63% volume
                    275ml-435ml in 3 years, 6 months(active 2 years) for +58% volume

Thanks for the responses guys. I am definitely extremely tight in my pelvic area so I'll look at how to do the reverse kegels and start with that. By the reboot do you guys just mean abstaining from masturbation process? I'll also look at the hard flaccid threads although I have no idea what that phrase means ha. So far I have not really tried any PE exercises except for doing kegels at point for a fairly short period of time.

Aceshigh, have you seen significant improvement from where you were? And with what methods?

Thanks again guys this is not easy.

Hey whitehawk, yes I saw a urologist first who made all of it seem like nothing at all which was encouraging but things did not really improve the way he had anticipated. He did a test and free test analysis which he said was normal. I saw a general practitioner about a month later who did a complete blood panel who also said all of my levels were normal. So here I am. This was all within the last 3 months.

I see. Did you try cialis or viagra? Cialis worked very well for me and I had your same symptoms.
