    Hi

I got several problems which are all connected (affect each other).

I've had 2 long serious relationships with normal sex life. First relationship started when I was 18 and second when I was 26. I'm 29 now.

For the past 5 years, I was training alot (6 days a week, very intense), was under some diets most of the times and was under alot of stress (work) which resulted in phases of.. sometimes normal sleep, sometimes insomnia.
I am not really sure but somehwere in this time I lost my libido/sex drive and lost those spontaneous daytime erections.. I can remember that sex kinda become "work" for me and not a pleasure. I breaked up with my GF (2y ago) and started some more training/diets and my sleep was bad, I was under high adrenaline/cortisol most of the time etc...
I'm not sure but I believe that somewhere in this time, I even lost my night erections and morning wood (I think there was even a times that I didn't dream... or atleast I didn't remember it).

3 months ago, stoped with diets, started eating how much I want (I'm usually eating good food since I have big knowledge about food/macros...). Had my testosterone, estrogen, thyroid gland hormones and cortisol checked (everything fine).
I started to sleep better, have dreams and got my night time erections back. Actually when I'm very relaxed in bad/half-sleep I started to get erection
But, daytime erections are missing and I almost never get horny.

I was reading that night time erections are connected to testosterone and daytime to dopamine.

What should I do to get my daytime erections and libido back??

(this is just part of the problem.. I'm having ED problems with my new GF but for start, would like to take one step at the time)

Testosterone is involved with night-wood and morning wood and daytime erections as well...
Dopamine is involved in desire and ejaculation as well as erections..but it's a very complicated process...
It's not quite as simple as just the levels of these two neurohormones.
        It's about proportions / ratios...i.e Testosterone:Estrogen ratio and Dopamine:Serotonin ratio.
        There's also other hormones involved.
As well as peptides and large proteins.

The chronic stress probably caused you some issues...and overtraining played a certain role.

Do you supplement with Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin D?
Since it is approaching Winter season - you will want more Vitamin D.
          These are important anti-stress nutrients.

You should also look into a few other sups.
          • Shilajit (helps rejuvenate nerves and decreases excess serotonin while raising dopamine)
          • Mucuna Pruriens 40% L-DOPA (to directly raise dopamine)

          All can be bought at Michael Barlowe's shop. {www.barlowesherbalelixirs.com}

I definitely lack feeling of happiness (which indicates that my serotonin levels are low?) and some general motivation in life (well, I lacked this before but I was happy when I was younger).

I supplement ZMA, vit B12, tribulus terestis, vit C + bioflavonoides, omega 3 and maca.
Didn't supplement with vitamin D. I'll toss it in.
I'm from europe so not sure if I'll be able to find this other 2 supplements but I will get it checked. Thnx!

Actually, all recent evidence shows that low dopamine, NOT low serotonin is the cause of Depression/Sadness.

So, after doing kegeles for some time and being more aware of penis muscles, I discovered the other day that my BC muscle is tense/tight alot of the time but not fully squeezed.. I would say ~30% squeezed. I think this is not something new but something that's been here all the time but I wasn't aware of it. I was aware that my lower abs and anus muscles are tense sometimes and I knew that this is because I'm overall not relaxed person but tense/anxious/impatient/etc..
Also, not sure how connected is it but my penis sometimes seems hard/smaller even when flaccid... usually under any kind of stress (training, work, tense situations, movies etc...).
I guess this is all a result of my anxious personality?

                      Hmm can't EDIT from mobile??

Anyway, I forgot to write that I'm urinating alot. I always thought that's because Im nervous + alot of protein and water intake.
There were times when I would go piss 2-3 times when sleeping. Now after my sleep is better and Im doing kegels, I dont go anymore.

Are you taking any herbal diuretics?
Sometimes that happens when taking certain sups..and even a high protein diet can have a diuretic-like effect.

Nope. But for the past few weeks I'm training less, protein intake is less and don't drink coffee (which is also diuretic as I read..) so I'm pissing less.

Did you see my previous post?

Was reading about hard flaccid and seams there are more people with this issue.
For me it goes general anxiety/stress -> tensie pelvic floor muscles -> hard flaccid.

Now I'm reading about cure but ofcoruse the main cure is to be relaxed. Unfortunately now I have to think about having my pelvic floor muscles relaxed all the time because them being tense is default for me :/

                            Anyone else with similiar problem?

I have HF. Not sure how to cure it but I just live with it and have sex pretty well with it. I do reverse kegals and pelvic floor exercises to relax the PF but it hasn't made the HF go away. If you can't make it go away, I'd would work on working with it...try everything you can to promote erections
