    How long have you been supplementing for

    I really like Maca and fenugreek. I eat garlic, garlic and cayenne pepper as well. Really bring the libido up.

    I have tribulus, ginseng and ginkgo all in one pill but haven't tried it yet. Dunno if taking too many is that good

      For the past 2 hours, my pelvic floor muscles were relaxed (because I'm thinking about it all the time) and penis is normal.. not hard.
      Usually, most of the time my penis is hard because I'm under stress (work, rushing here and there, watching/reading something tense). I almost never do anything relaxing except sleeping (and I have a problem with that too..)

      I started some of the supplements today so not sure but maca definitely boosts my libido (taking her for long time but used it mostly like aphrodisiac because I can feel it after 1-2h after taking it. Also, if I take more, I feel it more but that's almost with any supplements I'm taking... I have to take bigger dosage then written (maybe because of my weight... ~95kg, alot of muscle, not so much body fat).

      I'm eating onion and garlic every day.
      Atm it's hard for me to say what works and what doesn't because I'm kinda depressed which affects my libido for sure.

      Improving all of these (hard flaccid, ED, low libido, PE...) seems like only motivation in life for me atm.. but I don't know how to fix the core problem.. anxiety.

        Gotcha. Well keep with the pelvic floor stuff and I highly recommend fenugreek! I like it a lot and it has some empirical evidence behind it. But your number 1 focus should be reducing the stress then.

            I use that website as well for everything. Is there anyway to check which supplement has the most studies supporting it for ED? Cant seem to find the way to do it

            apparently paranax ginseng has the most data on it. It won't show the studies though unless you are a paid member

              If you don't suffer from allergies / asthma..try adding L-Histidine...histamine helps control excess adrenaline and has a sympatholytic effect (anti-adrenaline)... it's good stuff!

              Abstract

              1. L-histidine is generally found in meat, poultry and fish. To investigate its effects on blood pressure, L-histidine was administered to 9-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). 2. Oral administration of L-histidine (100 mg / kg) increased histamine content in cerebrospinal fluid and reduced mean arterial pressure (MAP) in SHR. Intracerebroventricular injection of L-histidine (0.01 microg / 5 microL) also caused a decrease in MAP, which was reversed by cotreatment with the histamine H3 receptor antagonist thioperamide (20.4 microg / 5 microL, i.c.v.). There was a significant, time-dependent increase (over 6 h) in the NOx (NO2- + NO3-) content of the dialysate from the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVLM), a major vasomotor centre, after oral administration of L-histidine. 3. In another experiment, SHR were treated with l-histidine (100 mg / kg) twice a day for 4 weeks. Chronic treatment with L-histidine inhibited the age-dependent increases in systolic blood pressure and urinary noradrenaline excretion seen in vehicle-treated SHR. Conversely, intracerebroventricular injection of thioperamide (20.4 microg / 5 microL, i.c.v.) reversed the decrease in MAP in response to L-histidine in SHR. 4. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction analysis revealed that the aortic expression of angiotensin-converting enzyme mRNA was suppressed by chronic treatment with L-histidine. 5. These results suggest that L-histidine decreases blood pressure by attenuating sympathetic output via the central histamine H3 receptor in SHR. In addition, the antihypertensive effects of L-histidine appear to be associated with an increase in nitric oxide in the RVLM.

                I'm taking most of the supplements for ~1 week but still problems.
                My nocturnal erections are good. I feel like I'm hard most of the night (I'm not a heavy sleeper so wake up alot during night and notice erection).

                But still my sex drive is bad... I almost never get aroused which gives me problem when masturbating because my erection quality is bad... I always must be close to PONR and do some "special" stimulation or else I'm losing erection.

                I started taking Mucuna Pruriens 99.6% DOPA. Is that ok or must be 40%?

                    Best site to go on, besides PubMed/Healthline but they get their references from there. You just gotta watch the context , there are a few {rare} times here and there that the authors misinterpret the studies and take them out of context to make ridiculous comparisons..most of the time they are pretty logical, though..

                      So... I just went on a beer with my friend. I drink it and got so relaxed and feeling so good and started to get aroused (not because of my friend lol but because of some woman around). This didn't happen for a long time...
                      Also, I remember ~2 months ago when I took relaxing pill (diazepam 2mg) because I was stressed went to sleep and almost instantly started to get erection!?!

                      So, it's definitely a problem with me being not relaxed enough overall.

                      Yes, definitely.
                      Just masturbated with probobly the best erections in last 10 years so supplements do work but it's all "blocked" unless I'm relaxed.

                          Was just reading some sex stories and got really aroused but no erection. Seems I can get erection only with stimulation (touching penis).
                          May it be something physically wrong?

                            I dont think sex stories have to make erection for you
                            I think its fine... And you didnt mention eye contact / touch erection by this I mean for example when you are with your girlfiend and you hug her u might get erection?

                              My sex drive/libido is so low that I rarely ever get aroused and while reading those stories I did get aroused so it's a big thing for me (lol). That's why I think it should be accompanied with erection.
                              When I was with my exGF (~3weeks ago), while kissing/touching/huging I would start to get erection but soon it would go down..
                              (and I remember ~10y ago, with my first GF, I would get erection when kissing/huging and it would be locked in full for several minutes).

                              Also, I have alot of nocturnal erections but less morning wood. I feel like more conscious I am, less probability for erection.

                              Sometimes before sleep, if I get little relaxed, I would get erection while lying on my belly (penis touching bed) and sometimes it even last locked in full.

                              Usually when I stand up, erection starts to drop.

                              I would just like to eliminate any probabilities of physical problem. I guess everything should be fine since I have alot of nocturnal erections?
