My fat pad really sucks. All the pics I see on here nobody else has a fat pad that seems to protrude as much as mine. It's ridiculous

I was in the same boat you were. I've been doing pe for4 weeks now to go along with exercising my body as well. I fractured my leg 8 months ago and gained a lot of fat due to being unable to exercise and I just got really lazy. I noticed my pad get bigger. I was thinking my dick got smaller and thought it was the extender I was using that wasn't working. It was just the 20lbs I gained. I've been working out and pe for the last month and I'm down 10lbs. My fat pad is decreasing at rapid rate. I'm going hard at it with p90x. It's crazy. I've always been the guy with minimal body fat so it's easy for me to lose weight but losing weight is definitely making my dick look so much bigger. I haven't measured it. But I think at least it looks like I lost .5 inches on the pad. Looking to lose 10 more and get my six-pack back. Summer summer summer time!

Something really aggravating that I've noticed. When I stretch my dick the fat pad comes with it haha. So my dick just looks so strange.

I am getting close to the abs too. Still got fat there, or excess skin , and my fat pad just blows. I'm really thinking of posting pics so people could see how awful it looks haha. I mean I'm being robbed of dick size.

Just keep at it. I use to have a body fat % of 8. I'm at 17% right now, if I can get it that low I know I'll see more of a loss in the pad. Get the six pack and keep going you should see it decrease

Thanks, I hope so. Biggest thing is I hate cardio and when I try to run I either cramp up, my back or like abs.

Dam, happened to me too after an 8motnh lay off of exercise. I started slowly and now I'm on p90x which is a bit hardcore. Maybe you have to change your diet so it can be a little more strict on fatty foods. Yes getting that low body fat is a tough mission just like pe but in the end when I whip out my cock after I reach my gains with minimal pad fat.....it'll definitley be worth it.

That is a great motivator. I used to do p90x. Diet also is tough for me because I don't eat a lot or too bad but I'm also not super strict.

i've noticed that i cramp up less often and less quickly if i've fasted for a while before a run, like 12 hours. eat after the run and you will use the food effectively. timing is key in that aspect.

keep at it and don't get down. remember always - the obstacles are really the path.

So pretty much it would be good to run when you just wake up? I can't do that right now, but that is a good point.

I know we're talking about exercise, but can I switch gears for just a bit and talk about diet?

I downloaded a calorie counting app for my iPhone (yes, corny I know, but read on) and I have to admit it's been the best app I've ever used. It has thousands of different foods in it for a variety of different areas and allows you to configure your own foods too.

I use it every weekday and limit myself to about 1600 calories a day (I'm not currently doing any aerobics at the moment, when I get back into a routine I will increase that number). Over the last 6 months I've dropped 6kg (~13lbs) and feel amazing. I haven't been sick once in the last half-year and sleep much better then I have in years. To get to 1600 calories I eliminated as much processed food as possible, eliminated pure sugars as much as possible, and greatly reduced my carb intake. (I have no carbs after 3pm at all).

What's amazing is I have a defined 6 pack - not a muscley 6 pack, but a defined one. Once I start back into my weightlifting routine I will work on building my core muscles even more and really make the 6 pack stand out.

But the best result has been a noticeable reduction in my fat pad. I can tell that once I start back into aerobics/lifting the remaining fat there will diminish to nothing. I attribute some of my first year gains to the reduced fat pad.

Congrats! Yeah, the secret to fierce abs is DIET. It's like 85% of the battle. I wish it wasn't so, but the results speak for themselves.
