Going to have to get used to work. I will keep up with the core exercises as much as possible while I get used to work. Have to wait for the temperature over here to come up to where it should be, supposed to be 15 degrees colder than normal plus plenty of rain.

Looks like I will have to set my exercise calender back some, but oh well.

Things were quite busy and I never stopped moving. I am pretty sure I walked around 4-5 miles which is usually when my feet get tired. Should put in better soles so my feet don't get too tired.

One question. I made a heat pad for both PE and after exercising. What is the best way for the heat pad to help relieve my muscles? (On top, underneath, wrapped around)

Absolutely nothing for today as it wasn't exactly what you would call calm. Really going to have to try and make a worthwhile schedule that allows me to work on exercising, PE, work, WoW, and soon to be school without messing something up.

World of Warcraft. I am huge nerd and huge isn't a pun for my weight, although it is still true either way.

That's what I thought. You and I have very similar measurements even NBP, I'm a big guy too. Trust me man, ditch the WoW. I was a GM for 3 years and played since launch. I understand the draw to the game better than anyone, but leave while you can. Your life will be far more fulfilling. Cut WoW out of your schedule and you'll find the time for everything else that's important.

Edit: Though this is still one of my favorite moments in all of WoW. Far better than Pals for Life. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHJVolaC8pw

It doesn't take to much time out of my week and it really is the only place I get any social interaction. Yes, that is sad, but unfortunately it is true, plus I am pretty sure I wouldn't be able to fill that time with anything fully. If I didn't have that all of my hobbies would be out of the window and I really wouldn't have anything to enjoy or pass the time every now and then. I am definitely not addicted, I can go without for days, but raiding is something I enjoy doing 2-3 nights a week.

I will just have to create a new schedule for everything. My new job is my biggest obstacle for creating a schedule as I just started it a few days ago and the times are random and I am not used to it yet so once I know I can stand the soreness from 8 hours of lifting, standing, walking, and constantly moving I should be able to get back into doing exercises, I definitely don't want to be too sore into the job.

I hear ya man. Good luck with the new job and scheduling - do some google searches for Time Management to help you out.

Thanks. I will just have to do something better than a word document calender with only my exercises. I should put a little more in there at least.

A health question. With my new job I found myself working 6-8 hours the last few times with no break, barely any water, and only ate before working. This morning it wasn't great, only got 3 hours of sleep while trying to get about 5-6 (yay for tossing and turning), and anything I ate just didn't want to stay inside me for long, plus I was tired from yesterday. I had a cold sweat, definitely wasn't thinking straight, and all of those classic aches and pains. I took a break today and got some Subway and I felt alright for the last hour or so of work.

I can't imagine this to be all that healthy. Only getting about half the calories I need and then burn most of it off. How much damage could I be doing?

its not terrible damage, but starving yourself is never good. it changes what hormones are in you, which affect your mood, metabolism, and general wellbeing. every day pack a piece of fruit and a snack bar (kashi, fiber 1, etc etc) so that at the very minimum you can keep enough fuel in you for the day.

and as i saw in previous posts, if you dont want to worry about soreness at your job, shift the focus of your lifts to more percentage based. find your 1 rep max, and do sets in percentages of it. stick to the 50-70% range, and dont ever go till failure. just up the percentages starting at 50% and working your way up to 70% , lowering the reps as you increase the weight. when you get to 70% reasses your 1 rep max and start over

If you aren't able to eat, make sure you at least hydrate really well. Not eating will actually hinder weight loss, it will send your body into starvation mode and will actually stop burning fat.

However, there is a non-FDA approved substance known as HGC which many have had success on. You only eat 500 calories a day and the HGC hormone keeps your body from eating muscle but will target fat stores. It's a hormone present in women who are pregnant in case of starvation it tells the body to not eat muscle so it won't kill the child in her.

If you're in a routine that doesn't allow for much eating as your always on the move, and your interested in losing weight, it might be a possibility to conform your weight loss to your life style with something like this.

Either way, DRINK WATER - no exceptions.

You may have to explain this one a bit more. I am not doing anything with weights yet, mostly because I can't afford any, unless you are talking about something else, then I am being a little dumb.

That would explain why the hunger went away two of the days.

Well it is a drug store I work at so when I have a moment I look at the supplements, shakes/bars, and vitamins although I tend to forget what some of them are called for stuff like PE and general nutrition/fitness.

I try to drink as much as I can. I carry a water bottle with me always, although at work I have not been. I am pushing myself to seem like I am working as hard as possible to not get fired (did this at my last job too in the beginning), but that has caused problems because of my fatigue and I make mistakes because of it.

I do get a discount, although not an everything, so I should see about some healthier type of snacks while I am there. Guess I will have to adjust more than I thought and work smarter not harder.

make sure when you train you are not going to failure. the object of training is not to induce soreness, just mild fatigue the next day. when you dont overtrain, you train more often and more successfully.

id say scale your workouts back 25%, keep better track of the exact amount of time you are working out and the intensity, and gradually progress. this way you are building your energy level not just your fitness, and it keeps your training in a realistic scope of the energy it can take from your daily life

Okay that makes more sense to me now. It should have yesterday, but I was definitely tired yesterday and nothing was connecting the way it should mentally.
