7 miles of biking to check out Free Comic Book Day and the local YMCA. Definitely expensive, but I will keep looking around for something to help me along.

Well biking isn't going to happen for a while, my bike got stolen in front of where I work, just goes to figure. So now I have to wait to afford another one.

If i remember right your bike wasnt a great one. You can find TONS of cheap used bikes on Craigslist right in your town. Hell you might even find yours =)

It wasn't great, but I had $50 of safety lights and a new seat I bought last year on top of it and i intended to give it to my youngest brother when I got a new one. Basically I have to spend the money on a bike sooner than I wanted rather than waiting until after I got my computer.

Or you can just go out and walk.

Walking doesn't prepare you, as well, for biking 90 miles and it is plenty slower than biking for transportation.

Okay biking is possible again, cops found my bike, it was in a "mentally unstable" person's house that they got a call to go to for a completely different reason. That is a load of my shoulders and a load onto my legs.

No biking today, but I did 50 barbell presses at 50lbs., 2 sets of 10 barbell squats at with 50 lbs., 50 crunches, not to mention the 6 hours of lifting, moving, and walking around.

Biked 10.2 miles in 45 minutes (definitely my best record, especially right off the bat), 3 sets of barbell bench presses 15/15/20 at 50 lbs., 20 barbell squats at 50 lbs., and 50 crunches. All this in 1 hr and 30 min. I sort of feel like passing out a little, but that will pass.

                      • Breakfast was cereal and an apple (200-300 calories)
Lunch was a large salad, sandwich, and an apple (800 calories) unfortunately I had to settle for frozen chicken patties rather than my normal sandwich which is about half as many calories.
Dinner was something I partly skipped, but I had a chicken breast and a bowl of vegetables. (definitely under 300 calories)

I think I might end the day with a bowl of cereal. So I am easily 400 under for the day.

                        • Dont starve yourself! And cottage cheese is a great thing to eat before bed. It has casien protien which is absorbed slowly so it helps you recover while you sleep. Muscle burns fat!

                          • I wasn't trying to starve myself. There wasn't all that much to eat yesterday, it being the day before grocery day and most of what we had was unhealthy so I decided to make it as healthy as possible. Unfortunately no cottage cheese, but next week when money is around I will ask for it.

                            • Did the same exercises as yesterday. Would have beat my bike time, for the same distance, if it wasn't for traffic, needing to stop, and higher wind today, but only a minute increase because of all of them.

                              • Did the same exercises, except I beat my 10.2 mile bike time by 10 minutes (was 45 now is 35). Don't know how I did it, considering I left when the schools were getting out in my area and traffic was heavier, but I did. then did another 3 mile bike ride for errands. 60 50 lb. barbell bench presses, 50 crunches, and 21 50 lb. barbell squats.

                                Yep, me legs hurt.
