True.Originally posted by BossBoy93 View PostGetting ripped and muscular should be just as important as having a big dick, if not more important.
I completely changed my Big Weight Workouts to more of a Olympic Rings workout. Also changed my diet and went from the Built Running back look to the Ripped Wide Receiver look and dropped just under 20 lbs. I"m working up to and performing the IRON Cross.
My bride likes it a lot.
Every other morning I perform 100 hanging knee raises followed by 100 legs elevated crunches.
Also every other ab workout I do the hanging knee raises 100 Reps with 10 lbs leg weights on each ankle.
Awesome AB work out!Last edited by akaTrex; 11-15-2013, 06:59 PM.“The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything” Albert Einstein

Sounds like you are really dedicated. I wish I had someone serious about working out to join me. It gets lonely staying fit when everyone around just wants cheesecake and couch time.Originally posted by akaTrex View PostTrue.

To be fair the couch and cheesecake are pretty good.Originally posted by BossBoy93 View PostSounds like you are really dedicated. I wish I had someone serious about working out to join me. It gets lonely staying fit when everyone around just wants cheesecake and couch time.
Something I forgot to add. Yesterday when I was putting on my jeans I am sure I could get my belt to where it normally was, maybe I lost a little more weight.Last edited by Dontrike; 11-15-2013, 10:36 PM.

A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

I've got wide hips. That looks strange on a guy. Although my cheeks look nice and round now, as a combination of pistol squats, sprinting, lunges, bridges, so on.
Got any tips on reducing the visceral fat? I do HIIT already - sprinting followed by rope skipping every other day. There's also more intense exercises like pull ups, lever push ups, hanging leg raises etc but the damn love handles won't go away.

Focus on your lats. Developing your lats will create a taper effect to your hips, also making your back appear broader (it is). Try lat pull downs, dead lifts, pull ups, bent barbell and dumb bells rows, etc.

Today could have gone a little smoother. I am still surprised I am getting winded so much by the squats still. I wouldn't doubt that soon something may have to change.
