Put some bodyweight exercises there just in case. They're excellent for stabilizers (muscles that don't work directly in movement) and coordination.

No, you're not. Hitting your quads with heavy weights will increase your hormone levels. Lunges are also great, add some light weight later.
Also, deadlift. Epic exercise, I use one legged weighted bodyweight version. It made my back and legs stronger, unfortunatelly it made my ass much bigger....Start: BPEL: 17,5 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Current: BPEL: 19 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Goal: BPEL: 22-23 cm | EG: 17-18cm with big glans.
Goal is more of a look issue than a number issue. I prefer girth over length. And hopefully girls will to...

I don't get it. It took me 43 minutes to go 6.8 miles. 6.8 fucking miles. I am getting weaker, sure it was hot, the wind was somehow coming from two different directions, even though it felt stronger than 11 mph (so sayeth the weather channel) and coming from the west, but it was coming from the north and south.
I don't get it. I know I didn't do anything to heal my legs yesterday, but I have done that before and done fine. What in the hell am I doing wrong? I did everything I normally have. I didn't do anything for my legs yesterday and for once I actually stretched, but nope I have to stop in half the distance. Something has to be wrong with me because I don't get it. How can I be getting weaker?

Sometimes things just don't go as planed. That will happen sometimes. I can't explain it, it's similar to sleep. Sometimes you sleep for 4 hours, clothes on, barely made it to the bed and you're fully rested, sometimes you sleep 6 hours after relaxing shower and PE and you wake up chewed up. Sometime the opposite.
Don't worry too much about it. I had plenty of those days. Just ignore it and continue

Nothing wrong with a bigger butt. All my girl friends seem to love a guy with a big butt lol
That's why I love my leg curls, squats, and lunges
And OP, we all have our off days, you just need to brush it off.Restart [4/17/16] 7.5 BPSFL • 7.25 BPEL • 5.125 USEG • 5.75 MSEG • 6.25 BSEG (not valid)

I know that they do, but I have a female type of weight gain. My waist gains just a little bit of fat, but my ass and thights....
+ if you look at me from behind and ignore hair, my legs looks like a bit more muscular girl legs. Big ass doesn't help. A lot of girls told me that they're jelaous of my ass and allthought I don't find that insulting, I don't find it particulary flattering.
I don't look like it, but I could loose some 15 kg and would get barely visible abs.Start: BPEL: 17,5 cm | EG: ~15 cm

Happened again. My legs felt like they haven't even done this before. Only after 6.8 miles and it felt like I went double that. So I stopped at home to check my bike, at least to my knowledge, filled the tires with air, even though they were only missing like 8 psi each, lubed up the chain and did another lap, but it felt the exact same, like I was dragging something behind me. The wind was about the same as yesterday, coming from the east northeast and yet somehow coming from the south as well. My food of choice wasn't the best before I left, I had some KFC, but not a whole lot of it, but I figure that shouldn't matter, because yesterday I didn't eat horrible and did just as bad, and I am being told it is 66 F outside, but it feels closer to upper 70's
My 3rd lap(10.2 miles total) I could feel my bike humming, like something was brushing against something else and on a few occasions it suddenly became very hard to pedal for a few seconds like my back tire wouldn't move as easily. Maybe I need a newer bike sooner than I thought.
This is really starting to irritate me. I don't want to think it is me, but this is something is clearly wrong, either with me or my bike.

I would rather not do it, but my legs won't be getting a true rest, where I barely use them all day. Between work and school this week I will be walking around a lot.Originally posted by pterodactyl View PostYour legs need a few days of rest man.
If the rain is gone by the time I get home from school I will go to a bike shop tomorrow, if not then Wednesday for sure when I go to get my hair cut because the bike shop and the barber are close to each other.Originally posted by TheSnitch View PostTake the bike to the bike shop and have the true the wheels.
Swimming I would love to do, but all the pools near me are public and not open yet and they don't do lap swimming. The closest lap swimming is a YMCA and I would have to pay through the nose for it on my salary. Jump rope I didn't think was a huge deal. I am uncomfortable jumping around as my stomach and man boobs jump around like I was a well endowed 16 year old girl and while no one would be watching me I still don't enjoy it, but I guess I will have to.Originally posted by Koh View PostI'd looking into swimming or jump roping as another form of cardio. Jump roping is an underrated weight loss/toning exercise
Edit: On the topic of losing weight I have been feeling my work pants feel looser and since my work belt only has a set number of holes in it and I am able to go almost two inches past the last hole now I am thinking I have lost a good deal of weight. I won't be checking until the last day of the month or the first day of next month, but I can't wait to see the result. I don't want to bet and be disappointed, but I bet I am under 300 lbs.Last edited by Dontrike; 05-28-2012, 11:19 PM.

How many days are you rest a week, walking a still a justifiable means of rest, it's low impact.Originally posted by Dontrike View PostI would rather not do it, but my legs won't be getting a true rest, where I barely use them all day. Sometimes, you have to deal with what you're uncomfortable with if you want to see progress.Originally posted by dontrikeSwimming I would love to do, but all the pools near me are public and not open yet and they don't do lap swimming. Either way, sounds good to hear you're making progress.Originally posted by dontrikeEdit: On the topic of losing weight I have been feeling my work pants feel looser and since my work belt only has a set number of holes in it and I am able to go almost two inches past the last hole now I am thinking I have lost a good deal of weight. Sunday at the least, but with work and school I usually find myself with more off days than I would like. This week especially I will only have 3 days to exercise and that is if nothing is majorly wrong with my bike.Originally posted by Koh View PostHow many days are you rest a week, walking a still a justifiable means of rest, it's low impact.
Yeah, I guess that is true. I would rather do something that isn't as....bouncy for my chest and stomach, but if I can't find a pool to lap swim in and my bike goes out of commission then I will have to buy one.Sometimes, you have to deal with what you're uncomfortable with if you want to see progress.
I want to check the scale now, but I will wait. I will only weight myself twice a month.Either way, sounds good to hear you're making progress.
I really hope nothing is severely or nothing to pricey or else I will have to use the money I was going to use on my computer for a new bike. As long as nothing is too bad I can give this one to my youngest brother until he starts driving.
