Hemp protein is the most complete protein on the planet. If you have to supplement use it.

Exactly, as you can see it's super easy to get your protein requirements in just eating a traditional healthy diet. 30 for breakfast, 30+ in the chicken, and then probably another 20 or more for dinner is a pretty average amount for a normal diet. It's easily enough, especially for someone your size. Do try to make sure you try to get about 10 grams and some carbs right after your workout though. What I do is kind of split my breakfast up by just eating a couple piece of fruit before a workout and then eating some fruit and nuts after my workout, or something along those lines. I workout in the morning always though.
I'll switch between workouts at 6am and after work around 5 or 6pm. I usually try to get morning workouts in on my PE days, but I need to really stick to mornings. The body loves consistency in terms of your schedule. And I'm just waiting on my SS card to come in for donating. They wanted that and the SS office is taking forever. I tried calling them but they are always "busy". It just amazes me that every single time I call (I've called at least 20 times in the past week) they can never answer a call. Anyway, an extra 200 a month if I go twice a week every week should be a lot of help to get that extra food and actually eat a little healthier. That's hard to do when you're broke
        Start:
        (1/6/14) BPEL: 6 3/4" NBPEL: 5 3/4" EG: 5 3/16" BPFSL: 7" NBPFSL: 6 1/8"

        Short term goal: BPEL: 7 3/16" EG: 5 7/8"

When using protein, try to get roughly 1g per Lb of body weight. As far as which protein to use, try to get as much from natural sources such as chicken, fish, nuts etc. if you need one after a workout go for whey b/c it's a fast absorbing protein & will give you the nutrients you need quicker. Try using casein protein right before bed b/c it's a slow digesting protein & will help full your body while you sleep. The biggest thing is making sure you are getting the correct macronutrients in your body when working out especially w/programs such as T25. You want to shoot for 40% protein, 40% carbs & 20% fats in your diet. Make sure dinner is a lean & green meal.
          Start date sometime in 2010
          BPEL 5.25"
          NBPEL 5"
          EG 4.5"

          After on & off PE
          2/26/14
          BPEL 6.5-6.65"
          BPSFL 6.45
BPFL 5.5" 1st thing in AM but usually 4.75-5"
          FMSG 4.5"
          EMSG 5.35"

Switch the percentages for fats and proteins and you'll be much better off

              1g/pound of bodyweight is overkill.

Oh that's right, we're living in the macro nutrient ratio days of science fiction nutrition. God, kill this fad diet before I ever see 40/40/20 written again.

Being vegan im at roughly 65/15/20and thats carbs/protein/fats. Im at about 10% bodyfat and admittedly skinny. Im am now at the phase in my own workouts where i am lifting light weights at high reps to stabilize my joints and create neuromuscular control. In a few weeks i will up the weights and lower the reps to start increasing hypertrophy. Ill let you guys know how it works out.
