Hindi Squats Reversing Hard Flaccid

Those muscles have to be stretched, you will not achieve the relaxation you need if they aren't. They have been shortened due to tension so stretching lengthens them and allows for relaxation. Do your belly breath combos while squatting and literally sit on a tennis ball, like put all your weight on the perineum and you will be golden. Just do it if you want things to improve.

I understand and I will continue to do this. Do you understand what I mean though? When you get into hindi squat gravity and belly breaths drop your pelvic floor allowing those muscles to stretch down. In a normal hindi squat My PC muscle is so short and tight that it isn't dropping down and so I'm not feeling much of a stretch there. Only when internally massaging whilst in hindi squat do I manage to feel a strong stretch there but it's so tense that it begins to get painful if I do it for longer than 30 seconds.

I started off with 30 sec squatting. The 15 min hindis we talk about are advanced for someone like you. 30 is long enough for some.

hi hans, been doing various stretches for a few days now, i've tried to do a 5 minute hindi squat but i really start to feel it on my knees, when doing the hindi against the wall, is this the correct position to assume, then push the knees outwards?

in particular with the knee to chest you feel a really nice deep pull down there, like exactly where you want to feel the pull

sorry for the details but i need your advice hans, whats your thoughts on masturbating? my libido is super high atm despite having HF and i keep getting rock hard erections many times a day, and i can maintain an erection for 2+ hours purely on thoughts and general arousal alone, ive had a tug a couple of times but im trying my best to abstain but its very difficult

Sorry I forgot o mention that, I recommend holding on to something infront of you. I wrap a tight, thick band around a pole and myself to hold me up. You may need to get creative.

My question about length of time: Why is it that the majority of places online recommend holding a stretch for 30 seconds but everyone here talks about holding hindis for 5 minutes plus? I have finally got into a position where I'm able to push out and feel a stretch in my PC muscle? Should I just hold this to the point of tension for as long as I possibly can? Or should I start by holding it for 30 seconds, three times a day?

Yes, that's a good pose. The closer your butt is to the wall the better the stretch.

Those are advanced hindis, prolonged stretching isn't harmful if you are conditioned for it. Male enhancement is a step above medical advice.
