If, like me, you can relate to yourself as living in chronic states of stress and anxiety pre-hard flaccid, then it really is important to try to address the root causes to ensure a permanent recovery. It doesn't have to be some massive shift in your life, some simply changes can make a big difference and will make your entire life a whole lot easier and more fulfilling. I don't think I've seen anyone recover from chronic HF and say they weren't glad it happened to them, except for now M3232.

I am definitely grateful for my experience. No doubt. I would not be as conscious of a human being had I not gone through this. I'm actually a less stressed person than most normal people now which is another added benefit to going through this."The website below is my story and insight on recovering from 11 years of debilitating sexual dysfunction. Underneath your issues you are already healed. Remember that. I hope it helps. Much love fellas."

Got a question everyone. I remember when I started getting hard flaccid a year or so ago. I was strectching and felt a pop on my right side. It was a jolt of pain for a second then went away. My chronic pelvic pain sympotoms started not long after that. Well ive noticed that the right side of my penis flaccid looks to be hanging down further than left. Its that or my left is being pulled up. My right testicle hangs lower than left even though I read most guys left testicle hangs lower (not sure which hanged lower before). When erect the base of my penis is smaller/ weaker also.
So, should I look into ligament damage? I have never had pain at the base and all my symptoms match pelvic tension perfectly.

Rarara.
My posts are probably not relevant to your because you are long term. You have totally misinterpreted my posts and by your responses it seems like you feel that I am in some way discrediting your opinion and experience.
Thats not the case.
I had an experience.
Yes it changed my whole perspective on everything but I was 33 when this happened, I can relate to stress etc but I have always tried to be a pretty rounded and self aware person so my experience was very different to yours.
I am sharing it so others may benefit in the same way you have.
See its pretty hard to find quick recovery scenarios on this forum which I feel wronglyy (in many cases) gives the impression that hard flaccid a marathon chronic case in every case.
There are many doorways to the unconcious my friend, and granted, sime people dind them easier to access than others

If someone really just has a strain, what you are saying is good advice. I think most guys will have underlying emotional issues they must deal with though. It is worth mentioning I didn't realise I had chronic stress, anxiety or emotional problems until much later in my HF journey, but I had a lot of family problems when I was very young then many conflicts with my step dad growing up, so the Sarno mind body stuff really made sense to me when I discovered it. I thought I had dealt with all these things well, but really I had just repressed them; it was only a matter of time before I developed some mindbody symptoms. If you suffer from other autoimmune problems like asthma, eczema, allergies etc, that is a good indication nervous system dysfunction has probably contributed to your HF.Originally posted by m3232 View PostRarara.

I would recommend TRE to anyone alive anyway, regardless of their health, it really is the perfect way to release all the crap we encounter in life.
I'm unplugging from all this HF stuff again for a month or two, good luck all.Last edited by rarara1; 04-30-2015, 11:04 AM.

You refer to this working for a 'juat a strain'Originally posted by rarara1 View PostIf someone really just has a strain, what you are saying is good advice. I was diagnosed by a doctor as having a false penile fracture. Not a minor strain, although I doubted the medical diagnosis it was diagnosed. Its easy to escalate ones own issues as insulation against reality but man, what im saying is very real.
I believed one can actually escalate their symptoms by believing that their own personal heritage was worse than the next man. I shared a bedroom with a chronic heroin addict older brother who used to steal from my mother and beat me and my father.
If what you say is true your problems, although they may affect your penis and ability to use it, are actually nothing to do with your penis.

ho1985 I would presume this is because one of the first things you need to start doing is to calm your mind down. I think everyone including myself is in panic mode all the time and getting out of this is vitally important in healing. Also both of these therapies are readily available online and you can start right now, lots of videos for yoga nidra on youtube and the TRE book is available on Scribd for free (just google it) all the exercises are towards the back of the book.

Thatbdd
Cialis will just increase blood flow to the area, I think it's by opening the blood vessels more. Just be careful with it, my problems with HF came from a higher dose for mild ED 20mg. The only thing is, has the issue been healed or is it just masking the symptoms. I know when I took it my flaccid hang was much bigger and spongier than normal. Im in the 35 age group, never PE, never excessive masturbation or rough sex or lifting heavy weights and I get this condition :/.
Personally I think the condition is more physical and I have pain with mine, but definitely the mental side of things is big.
Is everything back to normal now with the low does cialis use?
Just to mention I have been doing the TRE exercise for a couple of week or so, then my urologist prescribed amitriptyline low dose for the pain. Since taking it TRE exercise have stopped working completely, there is no shaking of any kind now. The meds effect the central nervous system blocking signals to the brain, funny that it effects the TRE too. Another side effect is sexual dysfunction, as if things weren't bad enough, I've lost a lot of belief in the medical field.
