I don't understand how it could be a pelvic floor problem though. I didn't jelg or stretch my pelvic floor. At least for me I don't think that's the root of my problem. I kind of think hard flaccid is more of a way of the dick reacting to different injuries so once the initial injury is healed hard flaccid will go away. We share similar symptoms but I think everyones initial injuries are different. I actually have no idea though it's just a theory I have.

Its hard to say what the exact cause is, and it may be different for different people.
Some people get it from stretching there dicks and similar injuries, some get it from taking viagra and having vigorous sex, some get it seemingly from pelvic floor problems.
I think either way, pelvic floor problems contribute to the problem as does stress/anxiety. Its either a purely muscular thing, or some type of physiological or neurological dysfunction where the blood vessels expand/contract at innapropriate times or overly exxagerated.
Time helps, relaxation helps, living a normal life helps, warmth helps, increasing blood flow helps, taking breaks from all stimulation helps.. thats the best we can do.
Its important not to allow this issue to control your life and make you depressed. I know.. easy to say, but I have the issue too and ive learned to cope with it better over time.
Are you fighting reality? You will not win. All of our "problems" are created in our mind. It only bothers you/stresses/depresses you if you allow it to have that power.
There are people who have no arms/legs who are happy.. etc. It can always be worse. Life is all about your attitude. You have to accept reality and do the best you can, thats all anyone can do.
BTW- I woke up with a big rock hard erection today
and I had bad firm flaccid just two weeks ago. So there is hope guys! What did I do? Relax, The first week I masturbated once but it was weak so I stopped for 2 weeks, and things just get better and better. Sleep well, relax, do some yoga/meditation, breathe, get outside in the sun, eat well, hang out with people, forget about it for a while and it will get better.
I believe any health problem we face is actually a wake up call from the universe.. calling our attention to something we have been neglecting. Are you healthy? Mentally, physically, emotionally? Get to work on that.

Make sure you guys arnt burning your dicks off. I think I actually slowed down my healing process by applying to much heat. My dick was perfectly fine and I decided to heat it up some more to see if I could heal it even more. Well after I was done I noticed my dick turtled up in response to to much heat. The next day the skin was reddish and desensitized. I think I'm done with rice socks. I've burned myself 1 to many times with them. Im going to just use a hot tub or warm bath from now on. Its alot easier to burn yourself then I once thought. Just because it doesnt hurt when you put the rice sock on doesn't mean you arnt cooking your dick. So do any of you think jelging or stretching will still be possible in the future or will it only bring back hard flaccid full force? I'm kinda reluctant to start again because I still occasionally get it after exercising or masturbating but maybe that's always happened and I just haven't noticed. I'm just glad the symptoms are letting up a little. Hope you guys recover as well.

Well as you can see from my last 2 posts I'm far from cured. But all I did was start taking supplements and stopped burning the fuck outta my dick. But then like 4 days ago I decided to heat up my dick again at a much lower temperature but I still burned my dick because it started muscle spasming and turtling up. and as I'm typing this there is a girl passed out drunk in my bed. Dude just get some cialis/viagra, it will do the job for the weekend.
I'm almost 100% sure this is muscular related now ( PC/BC muscles ) and here is why.
I didn't go to the gym yesterday, and last night i purposely kept the area warm and focused on relaxing the pc muscle - and for the first time ever it was 100% relaxed whilst i was lying down.
It has been pretty relaxed today too, that is until i went to the gym. I did my first pullup and purposely felt for any discomfort, and low and behold i felt a slight bit of tension by my dick - and the firm flaccid was back !
It did however relax a few minutes afterwards, this would have taken much longer back in the days of masturbating all the time.
Honestly, i think most of this problem lies in our minds, and our minds not being relaxed is causing the pelvic muscles to contract very tightly - when we are 'stressed'. The biggest clue for me, is that it feels more relaxed in the morning ( because our bodies are completely relaxed too, after sleeping ) and definitely more sensitive ( till about 5pm ). then it gets worse at, and during the night.
Another guy on ************* said his doctor recommended he stopped working out, and his problems improved significantly.
I want to stop training but at the same time i don't. because i love weightlifting.

It's around in the area that controls the flow of urine, because alot of times where I've got to take a piss urgently its like something attempting to pull my dick into my abdomen. But it fails to do so since I assume my dick is stronger by now, so just the tissue gets real thin and tight.
