Mine is cured and I still kept my gains. Over training will only cause complications. If you rush your gains you'll only make yourself miserable. Just followed the right advices, Ginkgo, Ginseng, L arginine, stretches (reverse kegels) and massage on the pelvic floor. I had a knot in my anus, I could feel something like a hard contraction so I kept pressing it hard as I could, after about three weeks it's almost gone. But hard flaccid is history now, just another month of rest then I resume pe slowly and patiently. I prefer extender than jelqing, gains are permanent.

Hi, there. I've suffering from hard flaccid for about 6 years. Mainly due to extenders and lenghtening exercises.
So In 2014 I've decided to stop exercises, and in 2017 I've decided to give yoga, pilates and gymnastics a try.
Yoga has helped me so much at the time, and give me back a normally shaped pelvic floor for a while, it was good to cease constipation.
Also I've decided trying Cialis Daily 5mg, which has helped me with some normal shapped erections.
So after reading a lot, I've came to a conclusion: There are 2 phases of penile recovery: One is the bad and one is the good.
The bad phase is when your penis shrinks and it's hard to have an erection, it cames after the good phase. In the bad phase, which i'm suffering it's normal to have hard flaccid, a red to purple shaft of the penis (between the back of the penis and the scrotum) and it usuallys takes a while to cease it up, nor cialis, nor yoga or another kinds os exercises tend to help it at all.
The good phase is paradise, the erections only gets better with the time, as of the bad phase usually is hard to handle (as you at least have plenty good erections for a while and the like ''pluft'' it all cease down).
So, i'm in urge to have a help with the professional ''healers''; what should I do in the bad erection quality phase (which least between 3 weeks and 1 month)? I've tryed everything and the only thing to do is to wait for the good phase. Sleeping in the right position is also good, don't lay down, tend to sleep flat pointing up, it would give you the right amount of blood.
I'm curious because in the beggining I thought I've lived the magical of the recovery, my penis was really healing. Now, it's a bit tuff... I'm facing a bad penis erection phase, and It's tuff to have it back in shape. I know it's due to overtight pelvic floor muscles and nerves, also also the scar in the tunica albuginea (I think it's the main problem). So I'm thinking in giving the penis a rest at this point. I just wanted to know mostly what happens, because one thing I've learned is that the cure is not ''forever'', only for a while, and I want some help at this HF PHASE (which tends to stay for about 3 weeks)
