Thanks for the great idea and hope you've given me.
How'd it go? Has anyone else tried did and what was the result?

Hey guys, I havn't been around this thread for like 2 months, but I thought I would stop by and ask how everyone is doing. Did any of you try the fast and have any success of your own? I see that Dader gave it a shot, how'd that go man?
      Focus on the positive :D

Just took notice of this thread. I suffer from hard flaccid as well. I've noticed that it only goes into it's "hard flaccid" state when I stand or sit certain ways. It's interesting.
I've been searching endlessly for a cure for it. It drives me insane. Maybe I'll look into this and give it a go. I have a very fast metabolism, how does this help or not help me in fasting?

Funny you should mention all of this.

Im on another pelvic pain forum ok, and a guy got in touch with me. Said he'd seen my main post abpout my experience with cpps/prostatitis/hard flaccid etc. I headed it with that title as for different people they call it different things depending on how it came about for them etc.

Anyway he explained it as non bacterial prostatitis and said he'd suffered it like six year. He never mentioned PE or anything. Said the pain was a nightmare.

Ok what he said was that he eventually got depressed as fuck and stopped eating for three days. At that time he had a huge reduction in cpps pain. He only got in touch with me to tell me this and seemed very genuine. He'd tried lots of other things. Admitted stress made it worse but thats the same for any pain. His view was that there wss something to do with losing weight that helped, taking pressure of the netves as he put it but I have to wonder maybe it wssnt his weight, more so the detox or hgh spike I dont know. Maybe and im just speculating cutting out all the poisinous artificial shit in food today such as gluten and wheat causes a rapid reduction in your bodies inflammation. Before I may just try a really clean diet for a week, veg white meat or fish and water...see what happens. Im pretty much better of HF from time alone but still have cpps issues on and off all of the time.

This is great information provided by this guy and his thread. I may give it a try. I would say before doing anything quite as drastic though at least run it by your doctor to avoid huge problems. It may be safe, for short periods, it may not, ask your doctor.

Hey anyone else try this with any results? Any news from op? Have the benefits from your fast become permanent. I actually just started a water fast. This is my 3 day.

I can't stand up too quick cuz i start blacking out a lil. Today was my first working day while fasted. It wasn't too bad just felt a lil weak at times.

Currently on day 3 of a juice fast. Tried water fasting but just didn't have the energy to go to work with just water. I will report back to this thread with any signs of improvement. There is hope for all of us.

I did a 10 day water fast for thiis a few weeks ago, by day 4 I had a completely flaccid penis, I started to get really happy, toward the end of the fast it came back and I gave in on day 10. While it worked for the OP I'm sorry to say that this likely won't work for many, if any at all, but its definatly worth a try. My theory behind why I was able to get my complete flaccid state bad is my pelvic muscles got a rest, I didn't need to shit for 10 days, my liver wasn't processing juice or alcohole, a lot of tension was removed from those muscles, when the hf came back towards the end of the fast it was still improved from what it used to be but within 2 days of eating soup and drinking juice I was pretty much back to square one, physical therapy is the only way to go on this in my opinion, its a muscle disorder, muscle disorders don't go away from taking vitamins or some miracle drug, you have to change your muscle. The biggest problem with having to change your muscle is people like orbitoo get a kick from being in charge and give very little information, he's a narcisstic asshole that likes having the power, he talks down to people and shares very little information on what to actually do and he doesn't allow new members to the forum or anymore success storys unless its been 6 months, in my opinion he should allow any success storys because at least it pushes people in the right direction. I'm positive this is easy to get rid of if its just tension and weaked muscles, but knowing what exercises and stretches to do is basically impossible because of the lack of information. I tried a pelvic therapist for 3 months and spent a ridiculous ammount of money. It got me no where and I couldn't afford it anymore, I have zero pain or trigger points which I guess is a good sign but there's no guide for somone like me with my symptoms. Eventually I hope we all get there I really do.

Go to the HF forums and read how many times somone may possibly have some ground breaking information and orbitoo is there instantly to silence them and tell them the post doesn't belong there or he suspends there account, he is a first class cunt. For example somone had been taking testosterone therapy to see if it help, he went to publish his results and orbitoo said this doesn't belong here go over to the hormones section, there is no hormones section, it took me about 15 minuites to find this guys report on taking testosterone therapy.

i would avoid testosterone treatment at all costs... once your body gets T supplements long enough, it ceases to produce it's own testosterone and you become dependant

Yeah I know dude I was just using that as an example, back then no one really knew anything about HF and that could of been ground breaking info. Just getting the point across that orbitoos forum won't be much help
