You can use a finger too, just make sure you follow the right techniques as there are some sensitive areas inside. I find a Therawand more comfortable and easier to use in different positions. But it's actually called a PelviWand now and that's the updated version.Last edited by PointyStick; 08-06-2017, 08:07 AM."Good Wood."

your body is trapped in a traumatised state even if you feel oblivious to it, TRE and restorative exercises are what you needOriginally posted by Autimatic View PostI dont think about my hard flaccid when I am having sex at all...yet its still there. There is more to it then the mental side for some people. I have no pain at all but I have all the signs to it being non bacterial prostatitis. The journey begins :)

Does anyone else suddenly have a longer refractory period? It used to be I could orgasm once a day, now I'm on average waiting 3-5 days before the next one. Maybe I'm just getting used to abstaining?Last edited by PointyStick; 01-10-2018, 11:24 PM."Good Wood."

Hello guys, im new here and have had hard flaccid for just over 3 Months now after getting and holding erections for quite sometime during 12 hour Shift Work, so without physical Stimulation just thoughts and extreme kegeling.
Anyways i have found this great thread here and am trying to apply all the tips and stretches to my daily Routine however I struggle with the Belly breathing ! Especially while standing iIcan barely breathe into my belly. It feels so tight that it doesnt let any air in and the breaths are very short and tiring even a little painfull.
Does anyone have the same Problem or know how to best relax abdominal muscles ? I can also barely push my belly outword.
Sorry for the long post and spelling, I am not a native speaker.
Thanks

You need to lay down and practice relaxation and mindfulness meditation. If your belly isn't bloating up with the breathing it is because it is too tense from anxiety and you need to focus on releasing the tension in your abs. Everyone should be able to do diaphragmatic breathing.Originally posted by StrugglingFinn View PostHello guys, im new here and have had hard flaccid for just over 3 Months now after getting and holding erections for quite sometime during 12 hour Shift Work, so without physical Stimulation just thoughts and extreme kegeling.

Hello, as a sufferer from CPPS i have some questions
have you ever tried sitz bath? since this seems to working to reduce pain temporalily.
Do you think rubbing voltaren or muscle gel on the pelvic area will help? this i haven't tried yet.
I went to a physio which specialise in manuel therapy he did a move where i felt a little tension go off from my pelvic area, but didnt bother to show me any exercises i can do or additional information so i think about quitting him. Hindi squats and belly breath combos is something i will learn properly and perform in the RIGHT way from now.
When you had CPPS did you expirence pain or irritiaton on your pelvic area when getting aroused or watching porn? this gets better if lay off for a while but the longer i get aroused the more my pelvic hurts, also when my penis get erect it twitches a lot like amuscle spasm this wasn't a happening before i got this problem, Did you expirience any of this ? i salute you for winning over CPPS since its such a shit condition my urologist told me he would put me on heavy antibiotics if this doesnt work i tried to explain him i had the same partner for years that time but still tells me that bacteria can build up from "before".

will try this with Belly breath combos.

I haven never tried sitz baths but hot showers helped. Did you see a physiotherapist or a pelvic floor physiotherapist? Regular physiotherapists are useless. The pain I had was pretty constant throughout. I think you need to either see a more competent pelvic floor physio or use my protocol. PM me if you want to discuss specifics.Originally posted by givemehappiness View PostHello, as a sufferer from CPPS i have some questions

I have had a Varicocele for 2 years now on the left side. Recently a Varicocele on the right side has manifested. I've been to a PT specialized in pelvic floor muscles two times now. Doing the cat and dog pose reliefs both varicoceles. Hindi squat also relieved left side varicocele in the past (haven't done yet since right side Varicocele). I didn't get any exercises yet, only that I have to practice relaxing my rectum. PT said I have tightness in the pelvic floor.
What do you recommend for me to do?
